I don't believe that today's RNS relates to IntelliSmart.

The Zeus note says:

"Strategic investment: On 1 August, CyanConnode disclosed that IntelliSmart Infrastructure Private Limited (IntelliSmart), a key partner and customer of the company in India, is considering acquiring a significant stake in CyanConnode's Indian operations. Early-stage discussions have been held with various parties and we believe this LOA should significantly strengthen CyanConnode’s position in these discussions."

Not sure that IntelliSmart would want to 'significantly strengthen CyanConnode’s position' right now, unless they're as clueless as our lot.

People can buy at whatever price they like but they won't be selling for more than 8p.

As I have been saying for a while, this share should be suspended from AIM.

They shouldn't be able to hook people in, knowing that they are locking them in too.

Whatever IS and CC are discussing (if anything) could take an eternity.

Firstly, IS will need to work out WTF JC is talking about. Can the model work or is it another dreamed up piece of nonsense that's got no chance of succeeding. We will know the answer by Feb'25 at the latest, being JC's own deadline prediction.

IMO, if they can, the BoD should be looking to flog the whole shooting match.

I can't believe the state of my investment here.

After all these years, I'm invested in a company that can't tender for work itself and loses money hand over fist trading as a subcontractor.

To rub salt in the wound, JC & HP are paying themselves £700K (seven hundred thousand pounds) for overseeing this debacle.

Can anyone explain why Cyan's shares are defunct?

In May just gone, JC clearly said that the Cyan SPV's would be up and running within 6-9 months (i.e. between Nov'24 and Feb'25). Really looking forward to receiving confirmation by then that at least one SPV is off the ground by then.

Can you believe that headline? CyanConnode 'triumphs' at AGM. (triumph definition - a great victory or achievement). Who was the victory over? What was achieved?

Is the BS ever going to cease?

No doubt the IS / CYAN 'negotiations' will take an eternity, even though there's eff all to talk about. They both know each other inside out and understand where Cyan's tech fits in (or doesn't).

It really doesn't matter which company IS is interested in (if it is at all), the market values them all (the two UK ones and the two Indian ones) at £23M or 8p per share. That's all that matters.

No, what I want is for JC to pull his finger out and while he's doing that explain to shareholders why the SP has been frozen at 8p for the last 5 months - he will know the reason.

IMO, the best thing that could happen to this company would be for it to delist from AIM, remove the whole board and then employ a completely new team with the aim of relisting when the time is right.

Obviously, that's not going to happen but it is what's needed.

You can set up as many subsidiaries as you like at £50 a pop (UK price - India will be similar). It means nothing at all, unless you do something with them.

The BoD haven't come up with a business model for any of the companies that makes sense yet and there's no reason to believe that DigiSmart will be any different.

That's referring to the 2 year old contract with Genus. Not a peep since and Genus is a different animal now to what it was in Aug'22.

Since Jul'23, GIC pull Genus's strings and they have insisted on CC being dumped is my conclusion. GIC are not going to risk capital by having their projects relying on the software of a tiddler like CC.

It seems pretty obvious to me that Genus are not using Cyan. There's no way that the SP would be at 7p if they were. This sort of information would have found a way of getting out.

It's not necessarily the case that something is going on. Perhaps the SP is where it is because absolutely nothing is going on.

Zeus held an investor's meeting a couple of weeks ago, which you'd imagine was an attempt to drum up some interest - no idea how that went. All very quiet about that.

My guess is that Cyan can't persuade any infrastructure funds to partner with them and without that side of the puzzle sorted, their 'business model' is effed.

Genus will have made alternative arrangements. They can't possibly be relying on a £23M market cap tiddler.

Genus's shares are flying.

From what I can see, Cyan aren't a current Genus supplier. The last piece of work Cyan did for them was 2 years ago and Genus's business has developed apace since those days. They are never going to let their huge projects be dependent on a tiddler that hasn't got two pennies to rub together.
