Testing and beyond - alas not infinity!!9 Aug 2024 15:37
Having had my fill of looking at a Green VC fund IM and an Electric power source late eries funding proposal I looked over some recent RNS announcements. I'll gloss over the multiple missed deadlines and excuses so as not to lose the audience!😬
5th Oct 23 - following GSA co has opened discussions with a group focused on downstream. O&G to cover costs of CNG wellhead developments and/or potentially sell its share of gas produced at the wellhead subject to approved CNG development plan.
To accelerate negs for sale they have outlined parameters for a Devlaration of Commerciality to be made following rigless testing at MOU3.
Co is in discussion with several parties regarding the financing of CNG and if terms are acceptable- funds currently set aside will be repurposed for drilling.

$12 per mcf and undiscounted value of $6.3m per BCF of CNG production 100mscf per day is 36.5bcf per annum or $200m per annum. Forward selling this on a 5-7yr profile could be very remunerative
5 Feb MOU5 will be drilled between 1 Apr-31 May 😜😜
More importantly, all four zones in MOU-3 and MOU1 were tested with perforation guns ops took 10 days against a forecast 14 days ' this may be indicative of timescale for Sandjet (5 weeks plus included float for customs clearance evidently)
10 Apr seeking to reset valuation of assets through means other than share price. Top priority for 2024.
So I think the aim is to prove up, declare commeciality and sell CNG then move on to MOU-5 and MOU-4 for further value creation.
Dilution before flow results seems unlikely to me based on reading of this but funds likely.needed post Sandjet. So I'd guess end Aug/early Sept for news.
