what i am trying to show others have proven that a Cytotoxic Cd4 can kill already in patients cancer otherwise they would not be able to call it a Cytotoxic T cell .. it would just be a CD4 T cell.

Cd4 cytotoxic T cells have been identified in cancer patients as very efficient Killer cells but they themselves are in a "controlled" state by the immune system thus in very small quantities

Scancell Vaccine can induce total control of the response using only them as the killer so it becomes the dominant attack t cell .. it also fine tunes to induce only TH1 high avidity , high inflammatory which starts a chain reaction forcing the cancer to express more and more of the epitopes that are the target of the moditope Induced T cells which also gives rise to Clonal Expansion which overwhelms the suppression by the cancer

says it all ... they work and they can Kill in Patients

is more to do with the risk of holding in this trading range currently 10 to 20p ... so we always have a fall back price based around SCIB1 as that product holds factual data ... which clearly has value as per patient survival statistics
and known market size
But it also has synergy with market leaders in front line treatment after surgery based around process which has been proven to exist by other trials. In fact Pd1 inself proves that it enhances T cell function by the fact that it does work.

So to be able to prove the SCIB1 and PD1 "won't" work in synergy in my opinion is impossible

so that weights it to a positive result even before the trial begins ...

I have actually weighted the risk, indeed i have considerable experience in cross ref. other trials, and research papers to support the hypothesis of scancells platforms. The only one i have not done that to is the Glycans, as that is very much a unique MAB as yet we have not seen full presentation by scancell as that research is still ongoing, so even thou we are now seeing bits of it, i have refrained from comment until we see the mouse data and a clear passage through the preclinical stage to a defined product

I do actually, because we have already run one product through the 1st and second phase of trial, so i have known data
which can only be enhanced with the Combo data ... so we do have a base line data set that does not support .08p scenario

but if you can appreciate Fact .. and see how Immunobody works with PD1, in earlier stage treatments and how moditope does not need PD1 at all and the sheer scalability of it ... then you can at least use PD1 as a guide

well folks should accept that the reasoning done by those that have a moderate understanding is pretty conclusive, indeed I do not see any poster is capable today of taking on a debate on the science to disprove Scancells science based RNS, and that has been the case since the release of the phase 2 SCib1 results. The debates i had with Boom are based around the future direction, and some of the fundamentals of the way the citrullinated cells expressed epitopes. They where never about the accomplished work that Scancell has achieved. More to do with understanding risk and off setting that risk by reasoning. Again few on these BB's can do that, instead fall back on tried and tested AIM rules, ie Its a Bio tech so it must be risky ...
