Bamps21 - I put pretty much the same scenario to the little shyte some years ago - his answer then was he lived in Scotland and the amount of shares he held didn’t justify the expense of a day out to London ( even on a coach! ) - as he claims no shares at present the answer is unlikely to be different!

Some time ago he ran a campaign on the bb to unseat the CEO where he saturated this site with his postings - some say it was just a cynical ruse to deramp the SP - those with a significant interest in CERP worked behind the scenes to achieve the management change to minimise the impact on SP.

Disappointed to hear the news on Spain although there was very little in the SP for a positive outcome this scenario does leave open the possibility of being bitten up the backside in the future.

I recall watching a Predator media some months ago ( the film many years ago ROFL!) during which Predator boasted that he had cornered the market for CO2 in Trinidad. I can’t validate his claim but am inclined to believe it as he could have merely said he had secured sufficient product to undertake the scheduled operation in Trinidad. Didn’t feel the need to concern myself about it with regard to CERP as they have no scheduled use for CO2 at this time.

I’m glad he got the CO2 and wish him well with the venture which will benefit CERP in due course, potentially hugely if they take up the option to buy out CERP.

Irene - I never said all the bills but lots more than when Goudron was producing less than 400 bopd - it probably is worth me repeating that the Royalties are much higher on first circa 150 bopd so now we have a substantial volume over that at profitable rates which are likely to be sustainable the future looks much better - who knows what difference water flood will make just by feeding in more water daily on a well evidence suggests is connected!

Ross/Irene /Drake. - Ross apologies to all non shareholders about the formatting of the latest rns - you will have to do a little work to fit it in to your spreadsheet but I’m sure it will be worth it!

Irene/Drake - I’m sure LK won’t ‘duck ‘ the issue with Goudron tonight- he has stated in the rns that he spent less money on Goudron over the quarter and maybe he thinks cash is better spent elsewhere nevertheless the monthly cash from Goudron is very useful for paying bills and allowing LK the opportunity to prioritise spending across the group.

Bamps - we always have this discussion when the SP drops - the market is looking for that bit of news that indicates progress is being made beyond the assumed expectations that have already been factored into the SP.

Such revelations were not easy to spot in the rns hence the reversal however the devil is in the detail and it will be interesting to hear from LK what information has formulated his judgment on how to proceed in the future - he did say there were many competing opportunities and the BOD would prioritise on a bang for buck basis - I expect him to share that information tonight.

Knackenoil - most of the oil is under an IPSC so the increase have not hugely affected the bottom line. Prime development assets are not IPSC so potential is much better.

capital - Predator deal only relates to part of TI field - I don’t know which wells they are working on and maybe someone can ask LK tonight - I’m sure LK would take that into account when making decisions.

LayLadyLay - your mate Ross was continually bleating about possible slippage on The Steeldrum acquisition - now you seem to be involuntarily urinating because it’s been rushed through- you guys need to make up your mind(s)!

Offerman - if I’m posting in the context of why someone like LayLadyLay/ Burnie is trying to scare people in to possible sale of their investment by scaremongering I do occasionally ask the question why they are involved with this share if they don’t have an appropriate attitude to risk - for example LLL seems to tolerate no risk so I can’t see how he could possibly be comfortable owning shares in an AIM company at this stage of development!

Factsheet No19 from the glorious Financial Conduct Authority gives you an idea of ‘risk ‘ as they see it !

Close followers of CERP almost certainly focus on the next development hurdle to overcome/ timeframe
/ cost and therefore see ‘ risk ‘ very differently to the FCA but nevertheless it’s always good to be aware of what FCA says as they can bring people back to earth when they are perhaps getting carried away - like people borrowing to buy AIM shares without properly considering what happens if it all goes pear shaped!

Noticed your post was removed but agreed your sentiment - it was such a pathetic attempt by Burnie to deramp which questioned whether Steeldrum was worth it for 250bopd - he missed the best bit - the 150bopd from TI is unlikely to be cash flow positive assuming the IPSC terms are similar to Goudron in view of the higher impact of charging on low volume!.

Burnie it was never about current production as joe indicated it’s about potential and there are many opportunities for exploitation by CERP who have the resources both in cash and expertise.

If you don’t believe in that you should keep your cash in National Savings which are Government guaranteed, which presumably is where LLL keeps his stash, awaiting a Petrotrin takeover bid - CERP is a high risk deal - you place much faith in LK and team but no one is holding a pistol to your groin!
