Irene - I'm a bit disappointed in you - surely all this effort would have been worth a negative shareholding. Perhaps Ross or LLL could keep a short list if anyone cares to admit to it.

Alternatively a FOMO list quoting number of shares you would like to buy if the SP fell to various levels!

Irene - BTW CERP appear to have come up with something others hadn't applied to generate substantial production increases on existing Goudron wells - this seems to have impressed many onlookers in the region - Steeldrum seemed happy enough to come on board!

Nicotine - good points re WTI - recent discussions on the other board may be of interest re sweet spot on IPSC generated production.

The reply on the recent Q&A re SPT referred to quarterly average WTI so a bit to do this quarter but CERP with the IPSC is in a different situation to most oilers as covered in the discussion.

Irene - not like you to be so negative on CERP! - Bonasse Bonus Barrels are most welcome and I applaud the BOD for pursuing that activity - we will be adding production from a multitude of sources shortly - apologies if it disappoints you!

I've invited you to tell us what LK should be doing that he isn't - that should give us amusement instead of the non- invested carping - Ross does that, even without being asked!

burnie - I've heard rumours this BOD are sponsored by ' Winalot ' so there is nothing to worry about - no doubts about ' Pedigree ' ststus either - are you barking burnie?

Are you posting that article on all oilers or have you selected CERP as one of the least affected companies because of the IPSC deal ?

Dross - to be fair, you seem devoted to your saturation attempts to recreate that opportunity!

LayLadyLay - Cripes! Do you think LK is being unduly conservative - I think it's best we talk about his figures otherwise your mate Irene's FOMO will become unbearable!

LayLadyLay - I speculate LK had seen some of your posts and decided to memorialise Columbus's view!

LayLadyLay - NR told us that under IPSC deal the company is paid less than WTI ( less a margin) - i very much doubt that if Petrotrin pay at less than $50 the company are charged SPT at the over $50 rate that is presumably how the sweet spot arises when WTI is just below $55.

The IPSC was renegotiated some years ago for the $50 and under levels so that the top level with no SPT is better than the bottom rung with SPT- hence the sweet spot.

It's good to know you are lobbying hard for SPT improvements that would benefit CERP and Trinidad - makes a change from the ' Toast next Tuesday ' rhetoric we usually see from you!

Dross - most people aren't that bothered how production from the initial ' shallower ' wells in SWP compares with TXP - there is an expectation they will produce reasonable amounts and this will enhance income to assist in financing the deeper drilling ( which may be transformational! ) . The research suggests it has huge potential and those with a risk profile above a Post Office book are prepared to accept that risk in return for the prospect of the reward - no one forcing you to participate - have you sought professional help for your FOMO?

Rugby - whilst NR was IC Trinidad Gov approved revised terms for IPSC under $50 which were much more generous - as CERP don't get full WTI I believe the figure is close to $55 to achieve the top rate on the revised schedule - the, so called, sweet spot!

After the sweet spot deal reverts to old terms which do improve progressively with WTI but are subject to SPT so it takes a fair hike to improve the return per bopd on the IPSC whereas the non IPSC deals are potentially much more profitable but have logistical issues ( storage tanks SWP involving cash burn! ) - clearly commercial volumes of oil will reduce impact.

These issues are well understood by management and I can see they are being addressed.

LayLadyLay - as most of CERP oil is currently IPSC LK is probably happy to see another few dollars off WTI so that the sweet spot is hit on the contract.

Horseyhead - PRD must have been aware of the IPSC terms and think the speculation is worth it for the volume they expect - as you have said it's their risk - perhaps Ross should get over there and warn them about cash burn/planned CapEx risk!
