Paul - hopefully the memory you took away from the meeting is also the one retained by the directors- particularly the NED I addressed immediately prior to his reelection vote about his responsibility to look after shareholders interests in the boardroom and in the remuneration committee discussions!

LayLadyLay - re BNPP it was a great deal for LGO but it relied upon NR applying the funds to achieve increased production - NR was irresponsible with the deployment but instead of pausing for thought he just went Shyte or bust and it ended up extremely close to the latter.

Why would I continue supporting someone who exercised such poor judgment and brought the company to it's knees - if that's what you call switching sides I'm in agreement.

Re Spain it was a valuable asset - disappointed CERP were not able to develop it - don't recall guaranteeing that it would work out for CERP - they did what they could - what's wrong with that?

Re Predator what's wrong with mentioning it as the CO2 injection scheme is currently ongoing and could be very attractive for CERP - are you disputing what I'm saying LLL - if so let's hear why you disagree - it will make a change from your negative reporting of any downward movement in WTI!

Paul - I raised a query on that point at the AGM, you may remember - the BOD were very confident they could handle the challenge and had clearly agreed the MO but would pick the lower hanging fruit first - that area is not far from the bonanza drill.

Irene - flattered by your continued interest in my shareholding - if inability to access a crystal ball is construed as defensiveness guilty as charged me lud - just don't feel the need to make stuff up like you!

Irene - when you don't know the answer - like my shareholding - you like to fabricate - why not make up your own answers to how many extra bopd, when and for how long - or perhaps DYOR - at least the other trolls state their view rather than continually 'asking the audience ' - surely you've got lots of friends you can phone!

Vmax - to be fair water flood was brought up by one of the trolls grasping for an opportunity to deramp but it was made difficult because she was told expectations are minimal but we could all be pleasantly surprised ( except the FOMO trolls! ).

The trolls don't like talking about CO2 injection by Predator because the BOD own 55% of the shares and are risking their own cash on the project on TI which they seem very confident about - even if they don't buy out CERP at $4.2 million being entitled to 50% of the yield from the project, after costs have been recouped, sounds good to me ( Irene won't like it because I can't guarantee how many bopd and for how long - sorry to disappoint - perhaps wait for the results and then buy at a higher price - but only if your financial adviser thinks it fits your risk strategy! - perhaps compare it with a Post Office book along with LLL!)

HH - a big dilemma for you will whether to account for the vandalised 5 barrels highlighted by LLL yesterday and if so should it be 5 or only 1 taking account of the remarkable recovery which I'm sure we all applaud! LayLadyLay - stop lying - I haven't quoted you merely made an observation about your post - if you don't agree with my observation you are free to clarify your position for the benefit of readers here.

If I quote someone I normally include the quotation marks - the absence of the marks should have put you on enquiry and perhaps stimulated a more considered response!

I like the Post Office Book characterisation because it paints a picture of the sort of person that is not prepared or can't afford to take a risk with their investment - the type who is highly unlikely to decide that CERP is the ideal place for their cash - the type that needs to be constantly warned by you of the dire consequences that may befall them whenever there is the slightest whiff of any adversity, such as a report WTI may fall! ( have you ever posted a link to possible increase in WTI?) .

BTW nothing against risk averse investors - horses for courses - just find the idea that someone might mistake CERP for a no risk type investment rather hard to swallow!

ABLE - clearly VanVan and others disagree but i believe it does no harm to give credit where due but to take a firm line when the BOD act in their own interests at the expense of shareholders.

VanVan you are polite but you appear over protective of the directors - perhaps a more robust critical stance at an earlier stage may have made the BOD think twice before they shafted shareholders over the bonus, recalibrated share options and massively hiked salaries.

John - you are entitled to your view which I characterise as they are no worse than others and I concede there are plenty much worse but i can't be bothered to rave about others - this is a fairly tightly held share and if the BOD believe that shareholders will go ape if the BOD act in a way suggesting a disconnect with shareholders this is, minimally, going to make them think twice.

Facts are this company was almost bankrupt but now we have experienced management who are steadily progressing production and positioning for thrusts on multiple fronts over the coming months supported by Schroders and experienced Oil Industry companies - the fact the trolls don't get it is not important but sometimes I like to have a bit of sport with them!

Irene - Managing cash flow is all part of the job for experienced successful businessman LK - if he needs more cash the Lind facility is available which Ross has mentioned once or twice lately so chances of another Placing soon don't seem that high but you are entitled to your view.

If you think a Placing is more likely than the Lind loan I suggest you argue that with Ross!

Irene - why not just read the accounts and rns - this is a loss making company with plans to turn around from a new leader. LK has been quite open with his plans and Institutional and major private investors have continued to support the plan.

Usually the substantial SP gains have already been made by the time the accounts show profitability and that is always the dilemma for FOMO posters like you - CERP must be particularly worrying for you as news can now come on so many fronts!
