It's true that Orosur has done only two raises in three years; but that is because it had money coming in from MMA, and drilling at Anza was paid for by MMA. These advantages no longer exist; therefore there is every reason to expect dilution to be much more frequent in future (unless some new jv is announced). As the investment warning says, the past is not a reliable guide to the future.

I see Rick Rule is following Orosur on twitter. He probably follows dozens of explorers; but it's still better than not being followed.

Make sure you register yourself as a charity, before you accept the bet.

Most of us assumed (on the basis of Brad's optimism) that the next fund raise would happen after at least one good drilling result, and therefore at a higher share price than 4.3 or 4.5. But this delay means that dilution may happen before any drilling; that's the risk. Time is money.

I wonder if there is some Machiavellian plot going on in the background. Maybe Newmont or Agnico is deliberately delaying things, in order to re-negotiate the terms of the sale? Perhaps they want the price to be index-linked, to protect against inflation. Or they want a payment due at the time of a feasibility study. Brad said they had requested this; but he and Louis refused. A delay is putting the thumbscrews on OMI; and that may be its purpose.

Not the RNS we were hoping for. But it has added a new word to my vocabulary; "Gondwana" for the large continent which included South America and Africa, before they were separated.
