Hope no holder in here tops up thinking it is cheap....Failure to get another fundraise away the company will be in the hands of the administrators. Get a fundraise away and your wiped out for the hundreth time. One customer pulls out and its curtains in an instant. AVOID

What the company expects should be totally disregarded, it is what it actually gets that is important and up to now the company has failed and failed again on getting what it expects. The expectations and realities will be out of kilter. What the company should tell you is that the expected income will still not bring the company to profitability and what it really expects to do it remains mostly silent. The company actually expects to do another fund raise and that will be at an even lower discount. Sooner or later investors will no longer give any more authority to issue shares and the company then is no longer a going concern. AVOID.

Shareholder knows by now more contracts do not contribute to profits . Past contracts were no profitable. Renewing the same ones do nothing and do not generate income. Income comes by means of placings. Always have. Placing mid February or earlier.

Big wipe out and shafting of any holder here. Any day now.

The company is not profitable or looks like it ever will be. With the owner selling down his stake the share price has further to fall and another placing and shareholder dilution is coming. SELL AND OR AVOID

Do Not buy or invest in any company where Riverfort is involved. Any company with loans to Riverfort you can guarantee you are stuck in a death spiral. Nothing has changed and each deal is keeping employees busy. More contracts means it needs more employees. Each contract failing to cover salaries. For get waiting for these bug deals that never come. More deals bring more expenses and more ned for placings. Avoid.
