I think any potential offerer has 4 days. Up until the 10th. I doubt one will appear now. Its unlikely but technically they would still be allowed I believe.

Looks like the company is going under and will not be long before the administrators are called in. Any money it makes goes on paying of debt and with pension shortfalls the company really is NOT a going concern. Its clear the company was unable to do a placing. SELL

Falls by 50% and the company will still be over valued. This company will never make money. Chess is a game people play for free and will not pay for. The company may do events but even then these events will never make money. SELL

Directors are resigning for a good reason. That reason should be clear to anyone that cares to look. I have said for some time now the company has to issue shares to stay afloat. It shows this company is not only not making money, it never will. Its kept afloat by certain individuals that like chess and have lots of money. Not a great share for investors looking for a return.

Subscription Agreement pushed 2 weeks after resignation of the Chair and Director. It could be possible it was the price that funders demanded in order to sign into this subscription. Let the company be curtailed and only issue what it has been authorised till now. 18 March 2026 VOTE NO.

I have said for sometime now the company will do a placing. Yes lets call it a subscription. The thing is this raise will do nothing to stop the demise of the company. If anything this subscription should make it clear for anyone interested in this company that the company is not making money. It is issuing so many shares to keep the company afloat and can only stay afloat by selling shares. Now who will vote this through? Why give the company more authority to issue more and more shares? It seems it has a few supporters who has more money than sense. The shares can only fall. No wonder the boss and founder has been selling. Surely he must have seen this subscription coming? How can he sell knowing this? These shares have further to fall. AVOID

Shocking behaviour from Ucash to pump this company that is quite possibly going into administration as it has zero prospects and one customer and when that company goes so will this company.

With Tin mines being few and far between and very few large ones outside China Tin prices will continue to rise particularly as Governments themselves see Tin as a critical mineral.

STRONG BUY as price will continue to rise and rise. Middle East issues insignificant here.
