Oh dear, did everyone see what this man did to Scirocco? And the salary he demands? Looks like a future of placings and dilution..

The company now has authority to issue upwards of 15 billion more shares. So think about it hard. What do you think is going to happen next? 3 Guesses. It is low on cash despite the recent placing. Now who will buy those shares and how much discount will they want?

The business has one customer. If it decides to move on the company has nothing left. AVOID. It does not make any profit and it looks like it never will. If the brokers cannot find buyers the company is not a going concern and its curtains at any time. No point in being in business if it cannot make a profit and cannot from its only single customer. That IP could have little of any value and could become obsolete quite soon. The money in just pays for the PLC to keep going, its not going to last long.....This company should never be listed. Reminds me of a company called Inspirit ISP.. That went under as its only employeed decided to retire.

Mick Davis the founder of Xstrata has put a lot of money into tin mining in Cornwall and got a lot of government money too as it is an important metal. 1SN is not as big as Cornwall Resources or is it as developed but its in the right sector and its in the ground waiting to be dug up. Tin is not as valuable as silver and that is doing well but it is a key resource especially in car batteries. Been moving up recently and it looks like it is going higher as more and more investors want to put in money into key resources. Perhaps a stake for Vision Blue?

Agree a placing. And possible forward selling of shares yet to be issued. Its supposed to be illegal but is usually ignored or waved through. When the share price rises this is when the MM is unloading, but which shares are they unloading?

When the placing comes even if it can get one away they cannot issues shares above the nominal value. The nominal value is 0.04. So the starting point is a problem. Who will support such a placing except by heavily discounted price? The broker may have to work hard with its clients. The funder is going to demand a lot. Last time the funder got a 27% discount. So 27% discount from todays price of 0.027. We are talking about an approximate 0.02 price. That is going by the past situation. If there is any hint that they are struggling to find a backer or if the brokers cannot find funders willing to come in the price will go lower and its poissible so low it is no longer viable to do a placing and the company will have a going concern issue.

There comes a point with a company like this. The share price is so low, they have to issue so many shares to get enough money in to continue to trade. Its going to be very hard for the company. First they will need permission from the shareholder to get more authority to issue more shares. Will they agree? They may also need permission to change the nominal value. Not sure if they need to go to the court for this.

Its always their target and do NOT believe anything they say. The company is NOT a going concern. The accounts will tell you its all based on them raising “CASH” from selling shares. They are stuffed now as they cannot sell below nominal value of 0.04. So they have to consolidate the shares and or change the value to NIL. Watch out..

Let them bug in the market if they believe the company has prospects. When they are legally allowed to do so.

Obviously they all know a placing is coming so why do that? Wait for after the placing right? Wrong. They people will not buy the shares (nominal value 0.04) there gas to be a share -reorganisation. They will shortly be asking your guys for new permissions to issue shares. When they happens run for the hills. It could be their last placing before they are would up. How many consolidations has this company had?

Something tells me the company will do a name change. Do you know why that will be? They will give lots of reasons lol.

The 0.041 options are 0.001 above the nominal value. When the big placing comes shortly as it must, the nominal value will change anyway. It has too, they cannot issue below 0.04.

These people are already putting in plans for the big placing they need to keep the company running, beware of the company trying to get the share price up ready for the next placing where they need to raise a lot of money and possibly dilute to raise £250,000 and dilute you all by 50%? Watch out guys, a stitch up is being orchestrated here. It’s a non profitable business kept a going concern by selling shares. Hard now with such low share price 33% below nominal value? Watch out guys share reorganisation soon, and a request for more authority to issue more coming in the next meeting. This company should be wound up..

With all this new blast material they should be able to produce another 2 coins. When will people realise it costs more to drill out these rocks and material than the gold it contains. Sooner or later the costs of all this work will be revealed and thus the demand for more cash (and more shares) will be reveales. That last raise is almost exhaused and the company is running on hot air, lots of it. Warning: Another placing shortly and more dilution and an overwhelming quantity of shares to be dumped on the market and any one gullible enought to be holding.

So many project with so little cash? The last cash raise must be exhausted. Going to have to be another large placing early January. Who pays for all this necessary working capital. The company has only ever made money by selling shares and shortly they will be selling more. So far away from an income there will have to be at least 4-5 or even more and thus an obvious consolidation where every holder is wiped out. Beware of any orchestrated share price rise where there could be possible forward selling. Yes we all know that is illegal but it does happen.

We all know the reason for this. When plans are set in place and PYC suggests the same thing, we know what will take place.

And it seems its going lowers as most now see its the same old non profitable contracts. The gravy train must end. When the request comes for more authorisation to issues shares, vote no.

In the next GM you’re all going to be informed of some sort of share reorganisation to change the nominal value. You all know what that means by now.

My guess its a placing around about February time. Last reporting I think they had about £800,000 and going by past spending there could be about £200,000-£300,000 left. By February they could have about £100,000, thus forcing the company down the usual predicted and well trodden path of selling more shares and diluting anyone unlucky enough to be holding. .

It could be quite hard to get a placing away this time as more and more shares need to be issued at ever lower and lower prices there could be reluctance to support such a placing. There will then be many doubts about this outfit as a going concern. Just repeating old non profitable contracts is not helping. Its insanity to expect anything different taking place when they do the same old nonsense. This is not a company just a few old boffins playing around with their hobby.

Now will shareholder give approval for another raise?

If its the same discount I make a share price 0.1971 and thats if it gets a fundraise away. Hope they do not announce plans to raise where the price falls then falls again when there is a discounted price.

Then there could always be a false rise orchestrated to get away shares that are pre-sold in the rise then bought back when shares are placed.

Shocking company with a history of dilution and consolidations. This company must be seen as a charity and Pi should have no expectations of a return. All these silly announcement of contracts should be ignored. They have always RNS’d contracts, God knows why, they were always non profitable and done with the purpose of getting the share price up.

CEO is leaving as he sees whats coming and before he is pushed. What a disaster of a company.

It must be 3-4 placing away or even more to any meaningful income. To get anywhere this company will have to issue many more shares to get more money. Consolidations to boot.

Why would anyone vote to give this company more and more authority to issue more and more shares that wipe you out. Watch out for the next placing and the next wipe out if you are not wiped out yet. This whole change of direciton and new aquistion is a sign this company has failed and looks like it will fail again when Pi refuse to back the gravy train any longer. Avoid another placing is imminent, how else will it get the cash to pay more and more salaries and for new works programme? AVOID the next wipe out and inivitable dilution.

Always been skeptical of this outfit and have said so and have been proved right.. You said "add nothing to the running PYC narrative". Haha.
