I am not complaining. I am very aware that the reason why companies get a listing. And how they stay afloat. I have given dozens and dozens of predictions where there will be a placing, often on the day before there is a placing. Obviously I am going to get caught out and be in a share when there is a placing.

It seems to me you do not want anyone to come to a board and warn of a placing when you hold shares. I get it, I really do. Shortly many shares that you own will have placings. Sobering lesson?

Alba this morning is doing the same thing. Good luck I doubt your with AJ Bell. Not many people are. When the intermediary is HL which I use my shares are in a different brokers account. These people mess about. CMX are small but a nice lot of people and helpful. They want to have more intermediaries. I have my EME in with IB. Its like they do not want retail buyers at all. Probably done on purpose. Primary bid used to do this but now have pulled out. Now CMC capital markets seem to be in the retail placings business.

When you see an AIM company expanding into other new prospects its always ominous. They always do these kinds of things to keep the gravy train running and a hidden sign that the current project they were on has failed.

Now lots of new prospect and promises? But who will pay for these new ventures? New prospect will come with new cash calls and more placings. A history of placings and a future of them.

I have had placings on TRP CPX and EME this morning. Glad I am not in this one. Always saw it had zero cash and zero prospects. Hey there is gold in them there hills in Wales. Now they are heading to Sweden.

How long for next placing and next consolidation and rinse and repeat. Its not surprising 80% of traders lose money. And get diluted to death.

I had my CPX held in HSBC. But last time they had a deal with HL and I could not participate in the retail offer with HL as I had to have a position with them. These people make it hard to trade on these retail offers. I got a few brokers and different shares with them. Then they are not participating in these offers in the companies I hold.

But you can contact your broker and ask to become a part of this offer through CMX capital markets.

You need an intermediary. (broker) You cannot get shares direct from CMX capital Markets. But they have a deal with AJ Bell (and a few others) If you are with them, they then contact CMX capital markets on your behalf.

I saw the ALBA placing coming and one reason always stayed clear of that one that seems to have a history of placings. All AIM companies seem to be short on cash.

CLAI would love to do a placing but no one will support it I think. That one is going to Administration. So its either placings or Admin.

Looks like. Could be worse and my IMM shares could do the same thing. All of these shares have potential and possible deals coming to fruition of one kind of another.

How many AIM shares do you know do not do placings? Anyone here is PYC?

TRP CPX and now EME all with placings in that order. Not a good day for me, not a good month. On the positive side, TRP CPX now EME all with funding they should be able to bounce back to some degree, what degree I do not know.

Despite this set back I see that progress can come from each of these companies. For those that are interested I have added close to the placing price on all 3.

We should not be too surprised that in AIM there are placings. It is the reason why these companies list. Lucky I got a lot of shares so not too much of a hit to my portfolio.

Now when this delayed deal is completed these not only should bounce back they will. And my purchase here to day will bring dividends. Should get a good price for a farm down or a sale. When ever that happens. Good luck all.

This is about to turn and turn big. Punters aware your not going to be able to buy in on news. Now is the time. Deal any day.

0.04 first stop, then quick jump to 0.05 - 0.06. Easy 50% jump in no time. Going to be impossible to buy when agreement reached.

I think so. By Friday.

On farm out deal, these shares will fly. You will not be able to buy on news. Transformational deal for the company to be announced any day.

Cash must almost be gone. What then? Cannot see anyone supporting a placing. They would have to issue to many shares and get too little for it.

No way out for the company. Will it see the new year? Administrators must be circling this for business. Only money here is for wages for a failed management and failed product launch. Tick tok

If punters are happy with this, the shares should improve and likewise the same punters may buy BOO shares and take them up.
