Tiger ... I do admire your optimism but this is a normal reaction to being way oversold but of course, as always, I would be more than happy to be proved wrong.

Steve, I think it was oversold at 3p and the CEO news pushed it lower yesterday. I expect the next climb to be 5p+. of course with news who knows how high.

... and I would be a bitcoin billionaire ... oh to have a replay of life :)

When I sent this account up 18 years I had been on the stock market a few years but was still making mistakes and rainbow chasing. When you have seen all the tricks many times before it does harden you not to fall for the games. I think £15m is FAR too cheap for GDR now and any sales that go on to show growth will have a HUGE effect on the SP.

LSE doesn't allow you to change names and I am not worried as it makes some on here feel superior when they come out with "name says it all" etc. :)

... if it finishes at 3.4p or above that is a very good indicator.

Do I think a takeover is being arranged ? No.

Do I think this was oversold and the CEO changed pushed it lower than 3p ? Yes.

Do I think it will cover from here ? Yes.

I sold a third of my shares at 4.6p on 17th July as 200% profit was crazy not to take but I was waiting for NICE confirmation. We all know how that was received and it did turn out to be sell on news.

I spent all that money buying back shares at 2.75 - 2.89p while at Dublin airport yesterday coming back from the States as I felt that it was a steal. It was a struggle to buy large amounts in stages but when the SP rose I could buy a lot more till I hit other limits which slowed it down again. HL is not the best broker for dealing with trading is strong (either buying or selling)

That's not correct either Roger. They can knock back the offer, and do not need to inform the market, if they believe the offer was not in the best interests of shareholders.

That's not true either. If there is a price that the Board are happy with it has to be put forward for shareholders to vote on.

If the board of a company receive an offer for a company they can knock it back if they feel it is not in the best interest of shareholders and do not need to RNS it.

By the way, I do not feel this company is about to receive a TO I am just saying what happens in different circumstances.

What ? GDR dropped like a stone a few months back due to placing. Rise only started a few weeks back

It's change that the market doesn't know the reason for, which causes uncertainty, and any uncertainty is always going to be punished

Never apologise for having a sense of humour ... certainly needed when dealing with the stock market

Why ? Easy to argue that the response to NICE news was more than a little muted and the stock was well oversold.

Cheek had more experience in regulatory issues ? Not sure really as they haven't said much on it and it was very sudden.

I think the reward reflected the work that "he" put in to GDR TBF

A lot are pointing to no sales data with today's news.

I know that GDR and sales haven't gone hand in hand but I believe the company in its current position is worth a lot more than £22m so I haven't sold any today.

Quite a few have sold out today but let's see how this unfolds over the next few weeks.
