You think £25m would be a "miracle" for a company with two stand alone products with one labelled an FDA Breakthrough Device ?

Daffy, just look at the two day graph and you will see what happened. After a drop early on it started a slow build from 2pm and from 3pm it really started to motor.

Yup he knows the products inside and out with in-depth detail and knowledge built up over the years.

Is still an important chart level. Dropped down to 3.4p level and bounced from it. Traders jumped out this morning improving the quality of current holders even more.

Not sure which part of it I dislike but I find people who sell out, and then immediately trash the company to try to buy in lower, pretty pathetic.

People are welcome to sell at any time just do so and move on otherwise your motive becomes clear.

Jazim, there are rules set on takeover prices based on share price over certain timeframes.

Jazim, good post with fair assumptions. Based on the huge dilution I agree I can't seem then gaining the 75% required to force a price through on the rest at anything less than 10p a share.

Yup ... nothing goes up in a straight line and GDR swings can be large. Last year it went from 10p to 50p then down to 20p before shooting back to 40p.

Why do people even bother with BB ? It's recorded after the fact. Price rises to 3.55p and they will say at the end of play there buy recommendation was at 2.95p or something like that.

I am sure they pushed the price up a few times as I bought in small tranches, then the price went up and allowed me to buy in larger size and then that sized reduced and the price went up again allowing me to finish off with largest trade.

Unlike many online what I said was absolutely true ... and I even got through 2 Guinness's while making the trade. It was thirsty work and I didn't have much time before flight to UK.

I believed that the drop was overdone and the RNS pushed the price below 3p which I felt was far too cheap. Looks like the market agrees with me.

Tricky, too poor ... it's all in shares :)

677k isn't a big buy ... I bought twice that while on my mobile at Dublin airport yesterday and it was one hell of a fight to get them too

One of the sayings that annoys me more than "no brainer". It takes a few mins to write and issue an RNS so the idea of an RNS being "in the system" is complete BS
