Manifesto, I believe the sell off was due to weaker holders who were too nervous to hold over the weekend ... that is all, I can see no correlation with buying levels indicating a placing first thing, IF there is then you will be correct ... I am unsure of an apology as, like you said, this is a debate and I have not insulted you (I just implied that I smelt bull sh*t when reading your post :) )

OrangeMoon ... great posts. I have looked at risk/reward of both and I have 20% in HE1 and 80% in HEX due to management and market cap/potential.

Might be worth moving some into GEX closer to December but I have to do a bit more research on that one first.

I am far from hysterical it's just that my BS meter went straight to red when your post popped up ... all I have put in my previous post is common sense to what, as far as I can see, is completely unrelated items being put together as an indicator.

I have made my investment, and I am happy with what it is compared with the level of risk, so I am quite chilled where as others do seem edgy. I just think the timing of any placing would be shortly after a find to take that find forward.

Do the circumstances need one ? It's obvious if the price is dropping the offer can vary and buying at the offer is just that. Just because your feet are wet it doesn't mean you are standing in the middle of the pacific.

To infer that as you could buy at offer means a placing is about to drop is ludicrous and you have been around here long enough to realise that, surely ?

I know they have a history of dropping placings, like other companies on AIM, but to drop one BEFORE possible company changing news ? Come on, surely it would be release news of the find and THEN say they need a placing to take things forward.

Some on these boards building up their expectations with talk of FOMO Friday etc. and then panic when it doesn't happen.

I am happy with my level of risk and to see what comes out of the EWT.

Always the same pattern after a rise ... you get the rise ... then the uncertainty ... then many say they have sliced/sold (10%ers - nothing wrong with that) .... then derampers turn up in force spreading FUD .... period of static ..... continues rise and derampers vanish

Have you ever used HL ? They can be really crap at times

The SP ticked up just after MP said it and then more shares become available ... seen it many times on HL recently ... so don't accuse someone of lying when they clearly were not.
