It was going to be done after Linda #1 and that's when he mentioned it in an interview. Not sure at what point they are going to do it now.

BBN .... completely agree. Once they start producing it also allows quite a few more institutions to buy in so it isn't just what the finance is worth to the company but also the market appeal that needs to be factored in.

A week without news is not even close to a "blackout" as a lot of companies go months without news so get a grip.

Yes it would be as no one has any real firm idea of what it looks like going forward.

ID78 ... I agree although 40p is too low if producing from 4 wells so 50 - 60p this year and building next year as more wells are added.

This doesn't take into account Ingomar which was supposed to be drilled in Q3 but HEX has gone very quiet on that as focused on production.

The original plan was 6 - 8 wells by the end of 2026.

Then we had fund raising and with it the end of 2027 number of wells brought forward to end of 2026.

The only other number was 20 but can they drill 16 wells in the next 15 months ?

Thinking about it Lord makes a good point from the most basic view. If HEX are producing £9m profit per year then the market cap should at least be a factor of 10 minimum so market cap of £90m and SP of 49p minimum so that fits in with the 50 - 60p range I was suggesting.

Pretty sure there is no tax for the first year but that is meaningless as the multiplier works on revenue and NOT profit ... each well adds minimum 8p a share to the share price. $4m is £3m ... and a multiplier of 5. So £15m which works out as 8p per share, So 4 wells production will add 32p a share.

HEX's working out for Rudyard on 3 wells was 75pps (with 153m shares in issue which is 62pps for 185m shares) so my valuation is quite conservative as it just takes in revenue and not asset/resource.

We may get an updated resource shortly and presale agreement and that may all come before production so will be a busy 2 weeks. I feel an SP of 50 - 60p is possible within a month of the start of production.

We will see who is right soon enough.
