Depends which market makers they use. I am with Barclays too ... sometimes they can get a great deal but sometimes they can't seem to get as low, or as high when selling, as others are achieving.

Burn is the best way to learn lessons in the stock market IMHO :) Who do you use for your spreadbetting ? I used Spreadex and the spread and NTR they put on made a lot of shares off limits for spreadbetting. I was tempted to have a small spreadbet but i bought a small amount of shares instead. If they shoot up more tomorrow I will sell them before I have to pay for them for a good 2 day profit :) Mind you IF it rises well tomorrow then a further rise on Monday is almost guarenteed IMHO

Fair enough ... I only deal in physical shares after being burned by spreadbetting and the NTR's they throw on some shares. I feel it will only rise from here so I was tempted to SB but I am sticking to the traditional way :)

There WAS no news before the end of Jan. I should have known the rise wasn't due to news immiment either as the last two rises on news happened as the news was released, with no rise beforehand, so definetly no leaks with this company. Still bullish on here with renewed optimism that the share moved on such small volume and I will top up again IF it drops below 0.4p - which is likely if no news in the next few weeks IMHO

Flash in the pan like Oct and Dec .... currently has one every 2 months :) I still feel very bullish about this share but patience is definitely required.

Like I said I am going to be happy if you are right. I bought my last £2k this morning and hold £9k at an average of about 0.45p :)

Do you REALLY think anything is going to happen today here ? I don't but I would love to be proved wrong.

According to his 30th Dec 2010 post it will all "come to light" the last week of Jan. Only 2 days of that week left ... 3 trading days if you count Monday 31st Jan

19p is just ramping .... maybe next year or so but not short or mid term IMHO

For the record I bought NTOG at 0.6p on the first day or the news when it jumped from 0.39p ... I then sold at just under 2p on an intraday high ... then it dropped and I bought back at just over 1p when it was bombing and sold at over 2p. For the third time I bought in yesterday when the mid was 0.4p I bought for 0.39p and it has been a nice little rise today !! Now enough of NTOG on this board !!

Buying NTOG at 2.4p after it rose from 0.37 was nothing but pure GREED and if people do buy after such a large rise they deserve to lose money IMHO Buy LOW and sell HIGH - why is that so hard for some to get ?

Millionaire ? LOL I wish. I am just shocked at how many bought NTOG above 2p who are still whinging about it. You could tell from the chart at the time it was spiking and if you weren't in at the time you should have stayed out. I just made 150% profit on OPM by buying LOW and selling HIGH. It is the most simple principle on the stock market and if you don't get that, and decide to get angry and abusive and show how low you can get, then go ahead. Good luck in your investments.

Your partner was a bit of an idiot then. I sold on the spike of the first NTOG rise .... then bought back in below 1p and doubled up again. Buy low - sell high, not the other way around ... it isn't hard. If something has risen a LOT then don't buy ... I would hardly call 0.36 to 0.40p a spike LOL

The sorting of the chops was a forgone conclusion and news would not be the trigger to a large rise. In fact there was no rise after the news. The REAL news will be that the shopping centre has been completed ... IF we get that this month then it is definitely game on !!!

You are not getting what I am saying. IF the shopping centre is not finished soon then it will be getting close to the loan repayment date. UVEL have the law on their side and the chops is a formality - that, in my honest opinion is not in doubt, but the shopping centre completion is at this current moment. The shopping centre was supposed to be completed in March 2010 - but it wasn't. In June 2010 they said they expected it to be finished within 6 months ... that 6 months is up in 2 weeks. So I would expect news soon and I really hope it is complete. Then the £11.4m can be released from the project and they can pay the loan of $6m plus interest back. It is no good pasting the RNS as I know what it says. The biggest risk here is the completion of the shopping centre, as that is out of their control while the new chop is a foregone conclusion IMHO>
