Why should they release an RNS ? 0.2p was far too cheap for this share and it's not the first time there has been a correction to the 0.3 - 0.4p trading range. Everytime it happens people try and say news has leaked but nothing materialises. If the rise continues strongly then something may but up but I am not getting my hopes up till it gets past 0.75p

It wouldn't surprise me to see this drift a little now, maybe down to 1.5p (after an 80% rise from bottom) before news on out of court settlement/court case comes out. All IMHO

Same here. I was at work looking at my shares with a colleague who also likes share dealing. He said MBW was a boring share with no interest and I said those are the shares I like when I know they are unloved but also undervalued. I bought at 1.08p when the SP had been stuck at 1p for a few weeks with no trades for days :) Glad I did now !!

I hope you are correct ... I have a nice little wedge of these. They are stupidly undervalued IMHO but when will the market cotton on to this ? When they do I get a nice new car :)

They have said for a few years that "they are exploring options for generating value for shareholders" but have so far come up with nothing.

After defaulting for more than 18 months do you really think he is just going to hand the cash over ? I think not. And the full amount is in dollars so it equates to about £935k Having said that it is currently too cheap IMHO

I agree with DJEPSON, this is at least a mid term hold of 2 - 3 months + before any decent profit IMHO

That is correct .... which would currently cost him less than £60k ... he may as well make his move now while it is cheap ... wouldn't you agree ?

Stephen Koo suddenly has 70% of the shares ... I think he is going to buy the rest of the shares on the cheap. So not 2p as hoped ... I now hope for 1p a share !!

Yes it was in the RNS. Owner of the shopping centre has applied for another 2 floors to be added to the shopping centre so that is in planning permission. If they get planning permission then UVEL will have to decide if they want to work on those 2 extra floors OR sell as they are entitled to a 51% stake in the centre. If the planning permission is turned down then the current work can be completed and the centre opened as planned (rather a long time ago now) So got to wait for news on planning permission before we can find out which path UVEL decide to take.

Don't be soft, Old boy ;) I made 125% on OPM in January and bought back between 0.12 - 0.13p and I should make the same profit again before the end of August. As for here the best news so far is the possibility this shopping centre mess might be behind us soon and Mayne paid off - phew. On the ADVFN board they seem to think they will take a loss by just covering the loan to Mayne and having £2m left over. Not sure where they got their figures from though.

Doesn't look like it. I was expecting more oomph but there is no way there is going to be much gain today with current volume. Mind you, it is the first day back from the mid-term break so trading will be slower IMHO

To put buyers off ? I bought some at 9.59p when mid was 9.2p right after the announcement

Your sums of 10% for shareholders making £43m which is about 40p a share. Didn't a broker mention 50p the other day after the restructuring ?

I assumed you would have sold at 12p+ ?
