I put in a buy order at 4.25p and it cleared late morning with a buy price of 4.14p - going to hold now for 4 - 6 weeks and see "what occurs" :)

No probs ... I have been adding now and again sub 5p to recently at 4.25p. I feel the price will rise from here within the next month or so and we should at least be double, 8.5p, and maybe more. It is a shame we are currently not looking at a full offer for the company but that may materialise when it becomes clearer what is being bid on and the prices involved. chats ... as Church says this 1/4 for sure so by the end of March. Now the AGM should be around the middle of March so investors will need to know what they are voting for so there should be a clearer picture by then. There have been other rumours about news before that but we will have to see on that one. All IMHO Regards IHNC

" You must be new to share dealing .... things will always drop between news due to weaker holders moving on ... which in turn allows others to buy in at better price. Hardly weird reason ... standard trading patterns more like it.

Does NOT mean the holder has to make an offer. It just means he has to state his intention ... such as long term support for the company

Can't see the point talking about whether a trade is a buy or a sell and talking of fractions of a penny sub 5p. Most of us are here for bid news and if that is any good it will make all the currently talk completely irrelevant !! All IMHO

Even though I hold shares in COOL and I am quite bullish from current SP I agree with what Grimsdale has put. There are numerous occasions where a share has been shouting from the rooftops as a "no brainer" and "guaranteed to treble in the short term" only for these people to then sell out making 10% after locking others in who bought on the rampers recommendations. ALWAYS do your on research and NEVER buy in to a share on just someones say so as you never know the hidden agendas.

Shame to see it but seems a lot are waiting for the offer news. Not bad to polish an object before selling it though ;)

Serious profit ? Not much has been sold and how much was bought at bottom and how many are just getting out on the opportunity of a higher price ???

OK fair enough. I agree it was a spike this morning up to 3.9p but the main rise I feel is a rerating due to Total's bullishness in one of SAC's assets. The dilution that will occur is small fry at 3% and ONLY at a 10% discount to average price is a large positive IMHO. How many times this year have companies released huge placings at massive discounts to the SP ? Do you feel that sub 3p is a fair price for SAC at it's current situation ? I don't ... 5 - 6p is a more fair value IMHO even with the markets as they are currently.

We are talking about 3% dilution so get a grip. I do not feel that this is a spike, or spoke as you put it, but a realisation of SAC's true worth and the start of a rerating. The traders got out this morning and now the buying strength is returning so I feel you are far too quick to say people are trapped on the spike IMHO At 5p this was cheap and I feel it could get to that level in the short - mid term. All IMHO

My only regret is that I bought in at 3.2p and not that I bought in. I feel that SAC are heavily undervalued and now it is back on the radar the traders can clear out and investors can move in. I think we saw the start of that this morning and hopefully I will be back in profit soon. Talk of "back to 2p" is clearly just deramping nonsense at the moment IMHO

Did you get your 244p buy ? I see the low was 230p this morning

If you want to label this as a pump and dump and move on then please do. I feel SAC is highly undervalued and I am happy to hold for the real value to return when shallow traders as yourself have long gone.

It worries you that something has drawn attention to how undervalued SAC is ? You must be a shorter ...

Your opinion doesn't count for much IMHO ;)
