What did I say ? There hasn't been much progress for 2 - 3 years hence the decline in the SP. Even the last 3 - 6 months there have been huge strides forward, and some very good deals carried out, to hopefully see a reverse in the decline. I am not saying 2p but I can see 1 - 1.25p by end of March IMHO

At showing you have no idea what you are talking about. The steps forward that have been taken in the last 6 months are huge compared to the 2 to 3 years before that. The market will catch up in time especially with the shopping centre sorted one way or the other. Need to wait to find out how they intend to play that first but should know within the next three months.

I am quite happy to add when others don't believe. Always the best time :) SAC have been in talks for 11 weeks over a deal that will "materially affect" the current SP. I await the outcome :)

Nice little extra if they manage to turn "the investor" into "the buyer" of their state in the shopping centre. It will be game on then !!!

You need to read the RNS of the last 3 - 4 years, won't take as long as it sounds as they don't issue many a year, you should be able to see WHY it is directionless but also see the potential of the next 6 - 12 months. Hopefully there is more news of the Shopping Centre in the results :)

Still not sure what you mean by "more your budget" than this ? They are both penny shares ... you would just have just over 3 times less shares here than in FRR but would get the same % rise if it rose

On the JSE they have to issue a "cautionary" notice every 6 weeks when they are in talks about a deal that could materially affect the SP. Cautionary does not mean negative ... they have to issue it even if the news might be good.

With the way even just a small volume causes this to rise do you think they could buy in at that number without causing a large rise in the SP beforehand ?

And a few of the new Directors buying in wouldn't hurt either !!

I have been in UVEL for nearly 2 years and been buying in all the drops. I have been disappointed a LOT of times here but the RNS yesterday was by far the most positive I have read from UVEL. What does it matter what the SP will be at the end of the day ? Pointless if you ask me ... I am thinking more of what the SP will be in 3 - 6 months. With Stephen Koo owning 70% now I think it is much more likely he will buy 5% of the shares and make an offer for the rest. Compared to some of his other share purchases here it would not cost him much at all. My main concern was that Mr Ip had been dipping his hand in when he had control of the chop but that doesn't seem to be the case and I feel a lot more positive. The figure on the shopping centre of £24m is another HUGE plus as UVEL are entitiled to 51% of that if they wish to sell ... which they may if the owner gets planning permission to build two more floors. So as you can see there is a good few chunks of possible very good news compared with the current market cap. So I ask you ... what does it matter what the SP will be today ?

Because they reconsolidated part of their company that they lost control of and had to write out of last years results.

From your post I takr it you think I know nothing about the company ? I have been a holder since Dec 2009 and topped up on the dips but the reason why this has dropped is not due to the focus on the shopping centre it is down to the fact they have missed every deadline for completion of it by a country mile. Even when the RNS mentioned that Leadersmart had been re-added to the accounts the SP didn't move. The reason it didn't move is that even MORE confusion over the Shopping Centre was added due to the fact that now the main contractor has put in for planning permission. It seems that Mayne were so concerned about the debt, that has dragged on a good few years now, they sold all their shares to Koo on the guarentee that he would cover the loan ... hardly a stable share at present !! I am not sure what you mean by "other contracts worth millions" as there was an RNS released about what was currently outstanding and they stated they would take on no more contracts until the Shopping Centre was completed. I am getting less and less confident over this share but will continue to hold. I feel your estimate of 1 - 1.5p a share soon would be nice but I can't see it myself but I hold and continue to remain hopeful.
