Depends if the management really do want it to work or just in it for themselves. Unfortunately, most of the time when suspended trying reverse takeovers they don't generally come out of suspension. Bit early to call it the end at the moment but it is looking more likely as time goes by TBH

Is when a smaller company takes over a much larger company. IF it happens it is normally very good for the shareholders of the smaller company .. think is, not many big companies want to be taken over in this way ... so it rarely happens. This has until Jan 2010 and then it is over and all money is lost. Note :- There was supposed to be an amount returned to shareholders but as they have "supposedly" pressed ahead with this then it will be eaten up in the little dears "hard earned" wages .. so when it fails there will be nothing left for the shareholder. That is why RAB bailed out even at huge losses !!

You may be ramping the wrong share ... 5 million offloaded and no one buying ... can only see this stationary, or down a bit further, in the short to medium term.

No volume after such a massive drop .. what does that tell you CS ? It is priced fairly ... IF they succeed it will go higher .. IF not they will have to hand back to shareholders after charges ... if they get half way down the route and fail the charges may be higher than what is left, after the directors take thier expenses off it, and shareholders could be left with nothing.

The thing you forget is that this might not go ahead and, after charges, the value left for shareholders will be a LOT less than 500k. I.e. a LOT less than current price. It is VERY risky IMHO

How CoronationStupid never mentioned the 2 "tiny" sells of 2.5m after close. I said it wasn't the RNS that caused the drop as that was fridays news ... they were clearing the sells today. Everyone getting out ... don't be suckered in. Sell/Avoid

if you are going to quote figures then quote them correctly. I notice you say 10 million ... they actually plan on having $8 - 10m by year end. So they currently don't have that amount and it certainly isn't in sterling. The board dragging their feet have caused this to srop like a stone ... reducing production without getting new resources ready fast enough ... crying shame of a possible winner being ran like a 3 legged donkey.
