Apollo want THG (They know £1.70 won't work and started the process even with that knowledge) ... MM wants away from the LSE ... MM has a talent for making deals happen. That's why I feel a deal will be done at a decent price.

The company was Belerion Capital and it was not the golden share that was used. The offer was put to the larger shareholders and THEY said No ... not MM.

Also that was last June so they could have re-bid in December 2022 but haven't done so.

... would know that 170p or lower would not succeed and entered into the bid process with this in mind. The only answer is can a price, or a different agreement, me reached that all stakeholders agree with ?

I had a last top up ... the way I see it ... no bid -30% but with bid +110% and it should play out pretty quickly

It is also true that what the SP was at at the time of the bid does not put a ceiling on the level of the bid as that is as irrelevant as the IPO price.

After 170p wasn't even looked at by the larger shareholders here as it "materially undervalued the company"
