SP was 65p the day before bid news so not at 65p but considerably more valuable.

How would you know ? They don't have to notify every day. They only have to notify if they have completed their current action and that can be several % barriers.

There was a picture on the #nothanks LinkedIn post that showed him dialed in to a meeting that was to refuse the structure from Apollo so I am unsure why you are speculating whether it happened or not ?

I think some here may be building the AGM to be something that it isn't. May just be an RNS to say all resolutions accepted and that's it. Of course I would LOVE it to be something more.

What MM needs to do (as he has made it clear he hates the MMs), if he goes down the MBO route, is to suspend the share awaiting news and then drop the news of the MBO price.

Knowbody, I was just messing around. Normally people have a large gap when referring to the next target and the difference you put up was very conservative to say the least :)
