The Company previously advised that it has submitted the required documentation in support of its Mt Winter work program (WMOG-AD-PL-01) to the Central Land Council ("CLC") required to finalise an Aboriginal Land Rights Act ("ALRA") agreement. This agreement is necessary for the granting of the selected priority area of EPA155 by the Northern Territory Minister for the Department of Mining and Energy.

Importantly, the CLC has found no major impediments to the drafting of the Mt Winter ALRA agreement, and the Company anticipates receiving the first draft shortly. Once finalised, the agreement will allow the Company to swiftly complete on the Share Purchase Agreement, thereby acquiring 100% ownership of the Mt Winter tenement from Mosman Oil & Gas.

Georgina has been informed that the ALRA agreement will be completed by the CLC following its current priority work on a new production agreement for the Mereenie Oil and Gas Field. The Mereenie Oil and Gas Field, located approximately 70 km east of the Mt Winter re-entry project, holds a rich history as the largest onshore oil and gas field in mainland Australia at the time of its discovery in 1964. Since commencing production in 1984, the field has consistently delivered, with over 17 million barrels of oil and around 280 billion cubic feet of gas produced to date.

The forthcoming ALRA agreement will also incorporate Mt Winter-1 and TWO ADDITIONAL HISTORIC WELLS drilled on EPA155, both under active review for their sequential re-entry potential. In parallel, recent reprocessing and re-mapping of the existing seismic data has significantly expanded the prospective resource target area within EPA155, resulting in a 38% increase in 2U/P50 recoverable resources.👍

The Government of Timor-Leste will propose changes to the public debt regime in order to diversify sources of financing and reduce dependence on the Petroleum Fund, Timorese Prime Minister Xanana Gusmão announced

“Public debt refers to loans we take out from other countries. We began resorting to loans during the fourth government, as it was considered better to borrow than to withdraw money directly from the Petroleum Fund,” said Xanana Gusmão.

According to the head of government, resorting to loans allows for gradual spending and protects the Petroleum Fund from rapid depletion.

Timorese government approved a draft bill to amend the Public Debt Regime to diversify the sources of financing for the General State Budget, reducing the heavy dependence on the Petroleum Fund.

The proposal allows for the scope of public debt issuance to be broadened, no longer limiting it exclusively to the financing of strategic infrastructure

The permanent maritime border agreement between Timor-Leste and Australia stipulates that Greater Sunrise, a shared resource, will have to be divided, with 70% of the revenues going to Timor-Leste if the pipeline is built to the south coast, or 80% if processing takes place in Darwin.

On the policy front, a positive trajectory is unfolding. In an official visit to Dili last week, Anthony Albanese, the Australian prime minister, reaffirmed the shared ambition to develop the Greater Sunrise gas fields, located approximately 450 kilometres north-west of Darwin.

The project is reported to allocate 10 percent of its revenues into an infrastructure fund for Dili, augmenting the government coffers. And in addition to royalty payments, the Greater Sunrise project houses about 30 years of gas reserves and opens employment opportunities for Timor-Leste workers. “But that lifeline does not replace the urgency to diversify the economy,” Horta comments.

“This all assumes that oil and gas are still valuable in the future.”

Attracting foreign investments that generate meaningful jobs domestically remains the priority, as few opportunities at home are visible in the number of Timor-Leste citizens working abroad. Total remittances exceeded $240 million in 2024, representing about 12 percent of the economy.

“As more young people are educated overseas, we hope that they return, but if the economy does not produce worthwhile occupations outside the public sector, many will find employment elsewhere, such as the United Kingdom, Australia, or South Korea

The last two shells I have been in that where AIM when converted with the target company, valued the shell at £1m for share conversion and distribution

to the new target company.........However GEX being MAIN MARKET, under the new rules brought in last year, if it went shell, the combined newco, on

return to market, now has to have a minimum valuation of £30 Million.............

In not to distant past, it was often commented that an AIM listing alone was worth £500k and Main £1m without any assets they may have added.
