Been in around 60 RTO's, the shell has been valued at a conversion price v the target company at between £1 and £5m on the majority of them.

Under new Market rules last year, a MAIN MARKET rto , has to return with the old name/newco name, with a minimum value of £30m, with supporting

evidence, FCA does not do blagging in its scrutiny of the submitted prospectus.

So COR have two choices, suspend and return to market as COR or newco name, with the stipulated £30m+ MC Valuation, or suspend for a lesser

RTO target and return to the lower AIM market....

With such a low current MC, its got a lot of scope for a substantial rise into a deal, can they do it, as with all RTO's only time will tell. GLALTH

Once the action starts, SNDA will continue playing catch up with Shells data from the 90's, Chuditch will only keep growing, with increased reserves

GIIP , more condensate etc, with more to follow as they follow initial drill/production plans, with exploration on the wider license , the many more

That's the only risk , the 2021/22 seismic snail paced rerun 1/3 of license was from 2013 data, Woodside did all 3200 sq km Sunrise in 12 hours processing with AWS.

We and whoever funds SNDA as a partner, not a pump and dump wonga finance, will want a home and G & H path to market IN PLAY , or CH2 will be a spike not a re-rate ,as CH-1 , NO HOME , no value given to Boil/SNDA.

Shell played with the whole license, not just part like Boil SNDA, rating Chuditch as probably being bigger than Sunrise on further development and giving

a 100% COS to all follow on wells.

And here we sit with a (Shell) potential 5 -10 TCF with many additional leads upside on the wider license, still waiting for a teeny tiny bit of value

to be added to SNDA for all that Gas and Condensate , identified by Shell 25-30 years ago ($100m in todays money $47m spent by Shell)...GLALTH

The ceo and founder of AMGO a couple of years ago sold his entire 50% at a rate of 1% per day and SHOCKER, duly TR1 reported the next days for every one of them, the fact was (as other news expected NEW BOD , vision and all that 💩) his 1% single trade dump each day, late or just after close, did not account for 1% of the trades made most of those days.

Distorted by the frequent flyer traders, skimmers 5% and scalpers 2% in and out all day long on the volatility and upward daily trend.

Many of those will be frequent flyers in and out, not the entire trading volume, have seen many a share do 50 - 250% of the share base in 3-4 days.

SNDA (Boil at the time) with a base of 12 billion had a single day of over 6 billion , 4.5b+ AIM and additional 1.5b+ over AQSE

and when it moved with a placing from 4b to 10b in issue, churned 48 billion, adding the 6b in quick time across the two platforms before

settling back to normal daily trading patterns.

Copl , in moving from 4b to 16.4b (pre consolidation) churned over 220 Billion in a mostly endless death spiral (the rest is history) before consolidation

to 164m and PDQ to back to the billion and billions more to follow (bonds set to enter)

See KDR as just treading water, low volumes , now starting to increase month on month, waiting for news to kick it into gear 👍

Agree m8, with Santos being the operator, is highly likely a multi well program will be in play BUT that might not be all GEX involved, not to say

we might not get an invite to those nearby events.

Last one I saw of theirs was for an 8 - 10 well rig deployment, covering exploration/appraisal and production drilling, across two fields.

From what I have read, not expecting such a large scale event and CP/GEX will be running the timetable for Jacko Bore not Santos, that

may change nearer, deal closure, finance and leading into a firm drill timetable.

Still have a faint hope, once Mt Winter comes into play, which is also Amadeus basin, the 3 , Santos , CP and GEX, might review it all and perhaps

Santos join in for a back to back , Winter, Jacko, Dukas program, who knows, like share prices , nothing in the Oil and Gas sector , moves in a fixed

straight line either... 🙄

The new name for Mt Kitty, changed due to ""objection to name"" by the indigenous people.

Farmout discussions are progressing on Jack Bore 2 (EP125) to secure part funding for an appraisal well, to be drilled within 12 months. The proposed Jacko Bore 2 exploration well will target helium, naturally-occurring hydrogen and natural gas in the fractured basement by re-entering the existing

Mt Kitty-1 (Jacko Bore-1) well and drilling a deviated/horizontal side track to test up to 500m of the fractured basement reservoir at a depth of

approximately 2,000m. The vertical Mt Kitty-1 exploration well flowed gas containing 11.5% hydrogen and 9% helium at up to 530,000 scfd.

The Dukas-1 exploration well (EP112) was drilled in 2019 and suspended after it encountered hydrocarbon-bearing gas from an over pressured zone close to the primary target, with traces of helium and hydrogen detected in mud gases. Central is progressing discussions to secure farmout funding for a new well at Dukas which will target the same sub-salt Heavitree formation with a higher-capacity rig.

The interest holder has conducted activities in the project area since 2013, including 645.8 km of seismic acquisition (645.8 ha) and drilling of the Jacko Bore 1 well (previously named Mt Kitty 1) on the well site to be re-established, involving 53.47 ha of land clearing. During stakeholder engagement, a concern was raised by the Imanpa community’s Traditional Owners about the name of the proposed appraisal well; Mt Kitty 2. To better reflect the cultural connection to the location, the original name of this activity, and the previously named Mt Kitty 1 well have been renamed to Jacko Bore 1 DW1 and Jacko Bore 1, respectively. The proposed well will be a horizontal/highly deviated well, which will be drilled from the existing Jacko Bore 1 surface hole. If the casing on Jacko Bore 1 fails, this well will be plugged and abandoned. The horizontal Jacko Bore 2 well will then be drilled approximately 20 metres from the existing well.

Its a good question miker, was originally thinking Hussar, Winter , Jacko Bore but as in different basins, perhaps if they get on with it Winter might
