Nice on Filthy , see that as good news for Chuditch, Natarbora chosen over Beaco , is a big bonus for any future developer, brings a whole new range of possibilities. If 2nd Project the TL Gas/LNG Import facility is also put back to colocation, as it was under Gusmao's original Tasi Mane project plan, double bonus.

Natarbora is a straight line North to the central South Coast (pipeline on FFD option) likewise, shipborne supplies also, a quicker and easier sail to Natarbora, vice travelling all around the Island to Metinaro (near Dili) on the North Coast.

The Import facility, planned as a single string, to feed the 3 being converted to Gas power Stations, one of which is near Natarbora, it would not take long to get up and running, vice the up to 5 string Export facility and pipeline.

Now talking about moving the Oil/Condensate and petro-chemical plants to Natarbora vice current old refinery at Betano, which was scheduled for refurb and expansion (under Tasi Mane)

Rauk announced the Imports project in late 2021 with a target date of 2025/2026 all completed (supplying 3 pwr stations)

A four year plan, if now announced to go ahead, would be 2028/2029.

Those who have been here, more than five minutes, might remember the old BOD, targeting first Chuditch production in that timeline, which as Rauk's original plan, would still be years before Sunrise available (now est 2032)

Natarbora great news for us, opens up new options, plus initial shipborne cost savings.

Spent all last week finalising 2025 budget, last press release ALL PASSED and likewise if it was just more budget stuff, why have the minutes not been published, since the admin staff came in Monday, routine meetings also normally held at 9am (Midnight here) and minutes posted (Portuguese first) 10:00-13:00 latest our time same day.

We know from the Island perspective , there is only 1 option, as reiterated by both Horta and the Minister in press interviews recently.

We know Meg tainted the original statement, first saying they would do new studies, with a bias towards, onshore TL processing, later when announcing the studies, changed to ALL OPTIONS will be explored again.

Both sides having at the original meeting announced, new studies and both sides will agree on a final decision.

Recent statements , suggest otherwise - one 22 year sought Gusmao plan result, is all they are interested in.

Take SNDA catch up figures (part license) or Shells 90's whole license 5 tcf with multiple other leads upside, either way, you are talking about a project worth $50-$100 Billion (on development) just like, 5tcf Sunrise rated next door.

Sitting on a free ride of 25% , why did Timor Gap NOC (which is Gov) farm up to 40%, when they could have waited, especially as they are desperate to conserve the SPWF and spending.

We know they cannot afford to build the P.I.T. (Northern project) themselves, its a major Infrastructure development, we do know China has promised Infrastructure CONSTRUCTION BRI level 2 funding. That development key to the Domestic GAS/LNG power stations conversion. Promised by PM Rauk for 2025/2026 or ASAP.

Those plans have a lot of moving parts and players, so still think Chuditch , is front and centre for both plans, ideally for us early production for the 2nd project + excess to world markets, on FFD and the pipeline built, more happiness to Gusmao's long term vision.

TL 2021 Studies , to co-ordinate development of CHUDITCH, Kelp and Sunrise together to feed the pipeline to Beaco.

Back to SNDA, not worried about the delay, as previously posted, pretty much expected it, still think AB's association via TL via Sundagas since 2016, has him and Chuditch front and centre in a very complicated scenario. In particular what happens after the successful drill (Shell 100% COS)

Still think as said for 4 years, our progress was and remains linked to the wider regional developments, our funder will not want to fork up millions on the basis of "what happens next"

Sunrise , in particular the HUB scenario, would give certainty and assurance, Chuditch will have a home, even if we have to wait (2032 per Filthy's post yesterday) Personally I think it's a bit more complicated and that would just be a bonus, Still hoping our fate is linked to TL's other Gas/LNG project "when gas becomes available" as the pm said 3 years ago.

In October 2008, due to a short squeeze, Volkswagen briefly became the most valuable publicly traded company. In 2008, investors knew that Porsche was trying to build a position in Volkswagen and gain majority control. Short sellers expected that once Porsche had achieved control over the company, the stock would likely fall in value, so they heavily shorted the stock. However, in a surprise announcement, Porsche revealed that they had secretly acquired more than 70% of the company using derivatives, which triggered a massive feedback loop of short sellers buying shares to close their position. Short sellers were at a disadvantage because 20% of Volkswagen was owned by a government entity that wasn’t interested in selling, and Porsche controlled another 70%, so there were very few shares available on the market to buy back the stock. Agree with you on the meat on the bone Pecten, he now has to show the market, those new revenue streams are providing much needed funds , those facts and figures , he's spent years avoiding , until the hand forced mandatory reports.

More recently the Swiss deal initially was a proposed funding by them at 0.60p per share, take the dilution into account and they would still be looking for at double on their LONG TERM investment (Not a p&d out ASAP deal)
