Key Outcomes of the C5+1 Forum (November 6, 2025)

Regional Cooperation: The C5+1 leaders discussed opportunities through frameworks like the Minerals Security Partnership and the Partnership for

Global Infrastructure and Investment to promote new partnerships and attract U.S. investment to the region's mining sectors.

Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan Deals: The United States signed a separate memorandum of understanding (MOU) on critical minerals cooperation

specifically with Kazakhstan. Uzbekistan also announced plans to invest heavily in U.S. sectors, including critical minerals.

Tajikistan's Potential: Tajikistan was noted for its significant mineral resources, including being the world's second-largest antimony producer,

and its potential for copper, lithium, and rare earth element production. President Emomali Rahmon expressed interest in close cooperation with

the U.S. to develop these resources.

Legislative Support: Bipartisan U.S. legislation was introduced to repeal Soviet-era trade restrictions, which some lawmakers believe are hindering

Already got a couple going in the region, Trumps money is not going directly to Tajik's, it is supposed to go to the asset holders, be they US or not, if US all the better for them, the huge pot of $ Billions set aside for US Companies, not specifically miners only,US Funds , Finance houses etc, to fund the advancement of known REE/CM assets, paying for fast track drilling, DFS and JORC, the UPSIDE for the USA Gov, preferential offtake agreements with the USA, if the asset does go to production.

Not that sort of FORUM m8, its Ministerial and state level departments talking to each other, AP got an invite to the table , representing Tajikistan not vast.

The outcomes, could be agreements, that then broker preferential deals for US Companies in the C5+1 Countries including Tajikistan. AP at the table, for

high level, strategic planning talks, the boy done well. Hopefully he can give some insight soon, if not under an NDA with the Tajik's.

It lies near to the Gunbarrel Highway some 1600km from Port Hedland in WA and a similar distance from Darwin. Georgina Energy intends to re-enter and deepen the EP513 Hussar well to a depth of 3,200m for helium, hydrogen and natural gas. Hussar as a potential in-situ value of US$55bn of helium and hydrogen, and US$5.24bn of natural gas.

EPA155 lies within the highly prospective Horn Valley Siltstone fairway with proven hydrocarbon potential as demonstrated by historical wells, Mt Winter-1 & 1A. Exploration data comprises a 2D seismic grid and 2 wells. The CPR assessed P50/2U Prospective (recoverable) Resources of 148 BCF helium, 135 BCF hydrogen and 1.2 TCF of natural gas with a potential in-ground value of c. US$45bn in helium and hydrogen, and c. US$3bn of natural gas.

The natural gas worth the drills alone (no H or He sell on and move on) However the Australian Geological Society, Sproule and others , all pretty confident in the Geology being ideal for H and He and an equally ideal SALT trap/Molecular stats , GEX now just one of a number going for it in the Officer and Amadeus Basins, which of those companies will prove it up first, could be GEX, if one of the others, great for us, increases our own COS for top gases.
