Not a great deal happening with the share price at the moment, looks like we're levelling off. Where back at the same price we were on the 17th December post Phase 3 results. I hope there's lot's of good stuff going on behind the scenes. There was an interesting article in the Sunday Times business section with head at Glaxo - worth a read. I hope we are talking to these big players regarding our products and our PR people are on the case.

You need income and profit before dividends are forthcoming. Fum have neither and it could be a while before those bedfellows come our way.

I certainly am, though I'm not sure I'll get it. I think it will hover around 11-12p until after the AGM and the new shares come on to the market. Then hopefully an RNS or 2 will drop and we'll start to head north. Though it's all crystal ball stuff as we have no news and a lot of uncertainty to contend with. Progress in Pharma is often moves painfully slow as is the nature of all the testing and then getting all the correct approvals and licences etc. 1 month becomes 3 becomes 6 and so on until your a year down the line and little evident progress has been made.

The Phase 3 results really knocked this stock and confidence in the company to achieve their goals is not that high right now. They really have to pull their socks up and prove they can deliver otherwise there'll be more punishment coming our way.

A dip under 10p before any rise would be favourable for me as I can raid my child's piggy bank and with remains of my annual ISA allowance I can average down to the giddy heights of 30p.

I'm not getting giddy just yet. We went from 9p to just shy of 16p and then quickly dropped back under 11p. We need good solid news from the BoD before this takes off. Anything in the meantime is just day traders popping in and out.

I want (need) this back over 40p before I start smiling and that's a big rise from 12p.

Good morning Formul1187 - I admire your positivity but I suspect this will go sub 10p and nearer to the 8p placing price before a recovery takes hold. Yes the company is financed for the next 12 months and we appear to have a wonder product in our stable, but until some good concrete news of what the next steps are and a business partner to tie up with comes on board we are in the dark somewhat. I'm not deramping I just don't share your optimism at this time.

9-10p would be a good entry point - if you can get it. The fundraising was at 8p so it could dip to this briefly before a turnaround. I'm not expecting a rise until after the new shares are placed mid to late Jan.

Hi Bucolic (and PATTSV, you make me smile my friend. How many of us numpties (and I put myself firmly in the numpty camp) have said we will never invest in AIM shares and here we are again. I started investing (gambling) in 2001 and have racked up some whopping losses on AIM by chasing a fast buck with that guaranteed multi-bagger (FUM being a case in point - £1.50 by Christmas was my target - ah ah) I started with £20k split between TW at 33p in 2001 and averaged LLOY down to around 35p. If I had done absolutely nothing at all and not bought another share I would have no mortgage and 6 years of pretty meaty dividends to my name. I got inpatient and sold out taking a small profit and entered the murky waters of AIM in 2015 only to be bitten at every turn. I only have myself to blame and regularly beat myself up over my mistakes but they are in the past (unlike my mortgage which is now 5 years ahead of me). This time next year we'll be millionaires! Happy New Year all and may I wish us all much success in 2020. Not the best of starts I have to admit. I'm expecting this to drift back nearer the placing price and sub 10p by mid Jan before it starts a northerly trajectory once we get further news and a project update from the BoD. If DermaSys alone can do what we have been told it can do then this share price won't be down here forever. The BoD need to get their PR machine switched on get some news out into the market place. The Phase 3 results were woefully misinterpreted and this needs to be corrected so people clearly understand what the positives are and what the outlook is. I'm not convinced our BoD can commercialise this product though and we need to sign with a bigger player ideally in the next 6 month who can then get this to market - I appreciate I'm stating the obvious here. A couple of positive RNS's and this could turn on a sixpence and be back in the 30's and 40's before we know it.

I would appreciate a lot less bickering on this board too. If we're old enough to buy and trade shares, we should be mature enough to appreciate contradicting views and accept we all have a different slant on this stock. Mutual respect for everyones opinions would be warmly welcomed. As for the bickering bringing the share price down I don't think serious investors take much notice of us amateurs playing at city traders (and in my case failing miserably) Let's try and all be a little more courteous and tolerant of each other in 2020 - it makes for a more professional discussion board. I'm seriously under water but not calling people out at every turn. Please don't take this as me being preachy I just find the world a nicer place with a little tolerance and respect.

Well what a rollercoaster ride 2019 has been for FUM holders. Let's hope now the fundraising has been ticked off the list and the Phase 3 results have been digested and understood we can move onwards and upwards to new heights in 2020. Sadly I was caught atop of the spike in July so it will be a while before I'm back in the black but good luck to anyone new to this stock I think you'll do rather better than me. AIM is a strange marketplace and stocks like this can sky rocket pretty quickly on the right news. US FDA approval or a UK/European partner would really turn the tables and happier times could return pretty quickly. We need to hope our BoD are having the right conversations with the right people and we get a commercial partner on board soon.

Looks like 2020 could be a repeat of 2019. Not looking like I'll get my money out this side of Christmas now. Suspect this will drop to 6-7p on Monday morning when the market opens. I strongly suspected another fundraising but 4.30pm on a Friday - Priceless! At least it's fully subscribed which is a small positive. Might average down in January when we have a better idea of how low we may go. So much for thinking I'd be having a great Christmas with this share sat at 80p - £1.00 after the phase 3 results. Wish I'd never got involved and left my money exactly where it was. Sometimes just doing nothing is the best thing to do.

Morning Bucolic - I do remember now that it was you who pointed out the placebo response in the lead up to the results. The last 3 weeks has been a bit of a blur. The more I think about the placebo results the more I think this is a massive opportunity/ happy accident.

A true placebo would have been a clear rapid evaporating gel with no active ingredients to speak of. Our placebo was our Dermasys transdermal product which clearly has active ingredients to allow it to permeate through the skin and get to where it needs to be. In my mind our placebo was not a true placebo but a different formulation i.e. Dermasys without GTN.

Let's see how the coming weeks and months play out and hope we have a wonder product on our hands that a big player is keen to be part of and the big drop was just a massive over reaction on the markets part.

Cheers Chinese, a rerate back above the 40p mark would suit me fine this side of Christmas - though I suspect that might be asking a little too much from Santa. I'd like to average down a little at these levels and take advantage but I just don't have the funds right now which is a bit frustrating. All the best.

Good afternoon all holders, have been laid up and dormant the last 3 weeks with a nice dose of pneumonia and a big dollop of the h1n1 swine flu - had a horrible 5 day stint in isolation at our local NHS establishment to boot. First full day back at work and starting to look over my portfolio again. My heart sank and my stomach fell into my boots when 10p flashed up on my screen after the Phase 3 results were announced - a kind poster on here (can't remember the name) did hi-light that the placebo could be the achilles heal regarding Med2005 results. Could not have foreseen that level of recoil though. Having watched the Ken James interview on Proactive today I'm quietly confident something very good could come out of this initial confusion. DermaSys on its own could end up being the golden goose if we're lucky. Let's see how December and January play out and what news is forthcoming. A lowly £25m market cap and an ED product that clearly works (just not in the configuration we thought it did) puts the company in takeover territory as far as I'm concerned. I'm seriously underwater now but don't have the energy/inclination to go chasing quick profits elsewhere so I think I'll sit this one out for the next 6 months and see what happens. Corners and sentiment can be turned exceptionally quickly on AIM and it only takes a bigger player to start building a stake and we could be back in the 30's & 40's before we know it. Sadly I don't have any top up/average down funds so I'll keep my snorkel on and remain underwater for the time being. Remaining optimistic that we have a wonder product on our hands here but without the GTN ingredient. Wishing all holders new and hold the very best. idg69

Cheers Jonah - I'm celebrating early as my birthday isn't until the end of the year, but it's the only chance to get all the family together at the same time. 3 days at Woodhall Spa - I'm ever hopeful they've booked Ting Ting with a tube of her special Med2005 Gel - one can dream.

Don't worry about todays drop, it's not relevant in the medium to long term - no need to be nervous.

What makes you think a price sensitive RNS is on its way? Could be Pfizer want to snap us up pre-phase 3 results for £500 million. Now that would make for a very happy birthday weekend with the family. Would certainly perk up Christmas too.

Bucolic - Interested to read your thoughts on the placebo effect. I suppose if you're on the mild ED spectrum and your horny young Thai bride starts rummaging around downstairs with a tube of something moist you might stand to attention pretty sharply I suppose irrespective of whether it contains any magic ingredient. We'll know soon enough what the outcomes are.

Dactions - I do remember reading Erexon/Eroxon somewhere recently, it may have been to do with the Condoms though - good name non the less. I quite like the sound of 'WellArd' - as in the dog from Eastenders years ago. Cheers Knighthood. Even if a licensing deal doesn't come forward following Phase 3 results (which I think it will) Dilution for the right reasons doesn't phase me much. If they are diluting just to keep the lights on and directors in Moet then that's clearly not good (obviously) but if raising funds to complete the US (Ph3 Part2) and there is a clear goal and financial advantage to it and needs must then OK if it strengthen the business plan going forward

I've watched companies dilute from 500 million shares to over 2 billion shares and that's not good for the small private investor who got in early. Look at the poor SXX investors who piled in early for all the right reasons, they have, will further get diluted to oblivion in my lowly opinion and never realise their dreams of untold wealth and riches - very sad state of affairs.

What encourages me more is that we only have a little over 200 million shares. When (not if) this starts to gather momentum (and it will) those shares will be hard to get hold of.

My apologies to any longer term holders who suffered as a result of the dilution last November (though I don't think you can argue that it was for the right reasons and the long term good of the company). I'm not sure of the exact numbers - I'll do my homework on that one.

Take up of the OLE is also incredibly encouraging. On a side note - did James Barder used to be Andy Mccluskey from OMD in his younger days?

One other thing - does anyone out there have any ideas for a suitable brand names for Med2005?

Hi xlfireball (great name by the way-very dramatic) Don't worry about any short term drops - they're only a loss if you cash out. I bought in mid July right at the top of the spike at 47.5 on the return from my summer holiday. I was going to buy before I went away at 34p and thought I'd wait till I got home - not my best decision. It's painful on that spike especially when it re-traced to 24p and you're sat on a 50% paper loss. My faith in this product & company remains strong so I averaged down and though I'm still underwater I'm feeling comfortable enough. Med2005's safety profile is way ahead of Viagra - read the side effects for Viagra and it's no wonder so many people stop taking it within 12 months. Our topical gel will blitz anything a tablet has to offer and with 5-10 minute onset it will be the go to product in no time. Why would anyone choose to take a tablet, risk the side effects and then wait an hour and a half for the action to begin - how romantic is that? I'm not concerned over future financing either, any dilution will be at a considerably higher price than the 6-7p from last December if at all there is any. A licensing deal and upfront payment would negate the need for any further fundraising. Keep your nerve and I'm confident the results will spark a significant rise. All the best idg69
