RWT2 - I understand what you're saying. Realistically a whole food plant based unprocessed diet is the silver bullet for health, environment and animal welfare and as much as I would love to see this adopted worldwide, I am also a realist and people of all intelligences will always want to eat meat, and as such Cell-Ag is the way to go. Even if it takes 25% of the existing meat industry market share and plant based faux meats take the rest it's still an enormous disruptor. People say they care about the environment but they care more about the pound in their pocket and when Cell-Ag scales up and becomes cheaper, healthier and available on the supermarket shelves they'll buy it in the truckload. They'll eventually get the carbon footprint of Cell-Ag down and comparable with Veg I believe. This tech is not about if it will happen but when. The speed of change in the world today is unthinkable even 20 years ago and it shows no signs of slowing down. If I had one I'd bet the farm on Cell-Ag as the future of food.
