Couldn't resist taking a little profit from LLOY to top up here at the end of the day. Now added my final 15k tranche to reach my mid term target of 100,000 shares. Wasn't expecting the pull back from 32 to be quite so rapid or go this low so I've taken the opportunity and we'll see where we go from here. Happy to be holding a nice round number, makes the maths easy.

As anyone been watching or is invested in CBX? They came on my radar a couple of weeks back but didn't do anything about it. Looks like they're having quite a growth spurt at the moment. Would be interested if anyone has any knowledge or thoughts about them.

From a 37p high in May to the 19p low in Sept we dropped 48%. I just think this dip is a little profit taking along the way and nothing to get concerned about. I don't know if NA and the private equity investors will have a negative impact on ANIC as a public vehicle for entry into the Cell Ag space. It might cloudy the water a little in the short term but who knows. The benefits for us retail investors is we can dip in and out, top up and skim off some profit as we see fit. The private equity investors who put their money into NA will see it locked in for quite some time. But if they can't buy into ANIC for legal reasons then NA is their only opportunity to buy in at seed funding level. Keep the faith and keep topping up.

Very interesting on both counts. I think the big meat packers/processors will gobble up quite a few junior cell-ag companies along the way. I thought I heard Jim Mellon say recently in a Cell Tech presentation that he was going to visit Ivy Farms to taste some of their sausages - could be a potential ANIC future investment. One thing's for sure though is that this is going to be a very hot sector to be in for news flow of all varieties. There are new articles flooding the media everyday in relation to Cell Ag, good bad and indifferent. I'm content to stay invested and will continue to keep adding on these dips.

Just a little profit taking along the way I suspect. Looking at the 12 month graph we've had quite a few instances of 15 & 20% drops after the rises and then it's continued on a general upward trajectory. The long term fundamentals for ANIC look strong with the diverse portfolio we have and I'm in this for the long term so not spooked by these little downturns. We dipped to 19p in Sept for no reason and then rose 70% +. I hope people don't pile into ANIC off the back of COP thinking it's a get rich quick share because it really isn't that at all in my humble opinion. I see any dips now as buying opportunities. GLA and our patience should be rewarded in the years ahead.

Excellent response to the Humbird report. I did read the Humbird paper and it did sow some doubt in my mind. This response alleviates some of those doubts. I’d be very interested to read or view the debate at the cultured meat conference. Thanks for posting the link. And thanks too for the Bond Pet Food info. This is a very exciting stock/field to be invested in with some great news flow.

Fair points well made, can't argue against your perspective. Though it's only a billion dollar project if they can get the product out of the ground. So even though the funds are raised at a low share price they are funds to progress the project forward non the less. Let's hope the EISA approval comes through hot on the heels of this news and we can see a sustained rise ahead of further financing news.

I certainly agree that many Sirius investors would be spooked by the word potash. I watched SXX for years but only had one small punt and was in and out in 24 hours, bought the day before the Whitby planners meeting at 14p and sold the lot the following morning at 26p. It paid for my new patio. I'm hoping EML pays for a little more than some paving stones in due course.

That's a strange response to good news. Any reason why you're out?

I think I'll put a sell order in for around May 2026 then. I see ANIC as a 5, 10 or even a 15 year play, so who knows what could happen in that timeframe. A few companies IPO, a selection merge or get bought out and no doubt a few will go to the wall. There are going to be some significant tech and science breakthroughs in that time period that's for sure.

I like the fact we are not solely in the meat replacement business, but also materials (leather & cotton) coffee and chocolate, alt proteins. I need to get my target number of shares bought and banked and then switch off for a year or three and let it mature like a fine wine.

Sounds like me and thee are in the same boat, I'm 15,000 shy of my target and won't have sufficient funds until the new year. Though it's good to see it on the rise. I'll still buy more but just wait for the dips - nothing goes up in a straight line and I'm sure buying opportunities will present themselves on the journey. GLA.

Our first venture into the egg market - a big one to crack (pun intended) Let’s hope it’s good play. Starting to do a little background reading on Clara/Every and it all sounds very promising. Looks like the last 7 years of R&D have been fruitful and commercialisation is the next step. Let’s see if this can nudge the share price up and over the 30p mark. We seem to be struggling to get past 29p right now.

Me too. Just had my monthly top up and happy to keep adding a few more each payday at any price between 5-6p. I hope to have accumulated a few hundred thousand before the price really starts to head north. I can see this doing an AFC and going well up and over the 50p mark in the next few years. I've got this down for a 3 year hold from here. Anyone want to take a punt on future share price range?

Let's not forget what the other directors take in remuneration and travel expenses plus general operational expenditure for flying around the world checking out future investment opportunities. Richard Reed won't be on £50k a year that's for sure. They'll be chomping through the fundraising money at a fair lick I suspect. I don't object to paying good people good money as long as the investments are thoroughly researched (which I'm pretty confident they are - Mellon is no mug) and the future benefits/returns are strong.

I agree insulate Britain are idiots but not animal rebellion. The general public need to understand that animal agriculture and the food choices they make are destroying the planet more than all the transport systems combined. This is really important stuff. Government need to stop propping up a damaging meat and dairy industry with billions in subsidies and support plant based and cellular agriculture. They won’t do it but they should. Some very big late sells yesterday afternoon on LSE I noticed, don’t know what that was about. Holding and accumulating is my strategy for this stock too with 100,000 shares being my immediate target - 15k to go before the new year. GLA

Goes without saying but it would be good to get this environmental certification passed and in the bag now so we can progress with financials and construction. The government are really dragging their heals over this now. Price will just stagnate at this level or fall away without some progress now. I wonder how or if the flight ban will affect the operational progress? Happy to be invested here but I want to see some solid progress now.

Another flurry of ‘beefy’ trades this afternoon. There’s no shortage of trading activity with ANIC which I quite like (as long as the numbers are blue).

Couldn't agree more, knocking on the door of 29p and no reason why this share can't be up in the £'s in years to come. Would like to add an additional 15,000 share in ANIC before I press the hold button so I don't want it getting too high in the short term.

I like the fact we have materials (VitroLabs) in the portfolio so we're not just reliant on cellular meat & fish. Jim Mellon is a great marketing man for this business too. The media coverage he gets to blow the Agronomics horn is outstanding.

Very happy to be invested in EML but I do find this chat board absolute drivel most of the time. It’s really low quality bickering at best. I appreciate the price is in limbo until the environmental certificate is awarded so little real-time activity to discuss, but boy is this board is poor.
