BCE I made a small profit fortunately I stuck to my guns to ‘sell before results’.

HEX is frustrating - I sold today for a loss to buy MATD. Annoyingly I sold HEX to buy BCE and missed the big raise there.

All fun and games! If HEX stays where it is I can trade back to 25p or maybe more before any drilling

IF we get a free carry on proving up West Huntoon copper asset with the drill.

Then this is a steal at this price.

How much did the west Hinton survey cost moon?

Was the money well spent, moon?

Does the additional survey data give us a stronger hand negotiating a JV?

It’s not like they blew it on a trip to t1tty bar. Funds were needed to move the company forward. The £750k to progress the copper asset.

Now £500k to aid in funding through commissioning … and becoming revenue company selling gold a generating cash flow. It’s a real point of inflection for GWMO.

But yeah bad company spends money. Don’t buy. 🤦🏼

Moon was worried funding would be needed. Now funding has happened ‘to see us through winter’ moon is not happy.

Next we’ll be selling gold and generating cash -over winter - with the fund raise used to subsidise the commissioning and ramp up from 35tpd to 200tpd. Moon won’t like it.

Then a JV on the copper but because people won’t drill holes for nothing (ie a share of the copper given to the JV partner to do the work in lieu of fund raises and dilution) well then for moon it will be a disaster.

Let be realistic.

Ramping up to 200tpd and selling gold… well given this MCAP it’s game changing if/when it happens

Getting a JV for a free carry in proving up the copper resource, the absolute best way (for us investors) for the company to establish a valuable resource.

For me - if I think I spot convergence in a SP and then spot Troajan posting about CNBC turning blue it gives me additional confirmation and confidence that a downtrend is ending and it’s a good time to buy. Especially if there’s news due.

Right enough there’s a lot he posts that I’m maybe not looking at but because of the volume he does post sometimes he hits on something I am interested in. So, for me, I like the posts.

I’d add you too Kev but after BCE I’m thinking of staying away from anything you buy. (Best mention I’m joking in case you take me seriously).

I kinda lurk on these boards. I first came across legalwolf on gcat and I’ve found his/her posts useful. Didn’t like them at first cos they were at odds to what I wanted to happen but the posts warning of needing money and fund raises were spot on.

Troajan, another poster I value. The running commentary on movers and cnbc (maybe) showing a shift in trend is appreciated as well as the rest of his/her posts.

I’ve no idea what the spat was between the two but it’s a shame, both good contributors in very different ways imo.

The company doesn’t have a great record under the old chairman and that is reflected in the SP and MCAP and presents a real opportunity for newbies like me. The SP is on its knees with news on the gold production and hopefully copper JV this summer … news that will move the SP.

It’s a great time to buy :)

Moon - what do you think the induced polarisation/resistivity (IP) survey cost? They aren’t free. Maybe that explains money spent?? Money well spent IMO given the results.

Now (today) a fund raise ahead of production …… so presumably prodn will happen before a JV or you’d raise after JV news and the lift in SP

There’s MATD raising £8.5mill at 2p (price before this news 3.75p)…. and they are also ok the verge of production (they hope) so again, todays raise at 0.4p relative to yesterdays close whilst annoying is just not that bad.

So the production plan accounts for 4 weeks downtime if I remember right? So if there is gold to process then winter doesn’t stop the plant working. So revenue will be earned through the winter. So maybe knock that one on its head, moon.

Finally permits. Have a read at BMV or even better MATD. 1 year is not bad. We are lucky we are located where we are and not in Mongolia or Korea. Or even worse somewhere in Africa. America will do me nicely thanks. Anyway that 1 year wait is now reaching its conclusion in a 2 weeks.

I really don’t think you’ll get a shot at a buy in the 0.03-0.04p range if that’s your game moon. That ship has sailed. Just buy and enjoy the upward trend.

Production funding may be getting ahead of ourselves as there is drilling needed first? That is the step before the green light to plan and fund production…

Wait and see it could be an option built into current negotiations for a further % of the copper…

I could sell everything I hold (which isn’t much but liquidity is not this good normally).

What are we expecting for a JV? Give away a share of the resource for someone with bigger pockets to (pay for) the drilling and proving up the copper in situ?.

Discussing production funding is getting ahead of ourselves? Or could that also be part of the negotiations if the drill results are good?

I think the question was end of July. If it wasn’t then my mistake. My best guesses were for end of July not the end of the year. In my guess I’m assuming gold production / commissioning has started….
