Antha, as the company have made clear that there will be no catalysts here for at least the next 12 months, I wouldn't anticipate a placing. I think this is more about debt restructuring, including asset sell-off. I think the reality is, unless they can sell assets in conjunction with financing debt, the company is done.

Whilst you can't say whether it's a PI or one or more iis, about 500k was shifted today in large sells. Top slicing as you go was never a bad strategy I guess.

It's irrational in that it's an illiquid stock. On days like there needs to be sellers before people can buy.

Fair play to Helge, he always thought the COS for EV was higher than the operator's estimate. I have to say, the size of the structure is quite exciting!

I think the technical problems with EV are similar to those with BV. And whilst Helge has intimated that he thinks the applied CoS is greater than 25%, I think we may have to have our big boys pants when the red dot happens.

Yes, for some reason, LBE have put more days on the drills than the operators themselves, which is where I'm getting my figures from. Not sure why the discrepancy (though, for example, I thought LBE had put 30 days on Rodhette).

To add, EV spuded 21 Sept and Equinor have a timeline of 4 weeks on it, so I'd expect an RNS by the end of next week.

Rodhette spuded 15th Sept, and Var Energi had a timeline of 25 days on it, so it came in 2 or 3 days under that.

Wouldn't encourage the likes of those that pop-in, take a crap and say good luck. Let's keep the board calm and civil!

Regards volume, too early to say, as there could be an accumulated sale in the background. Over the past week I'd been mulling on comment by Whirlaw Stones regards a background seller, and last week having gone back over the trades I have to concur. Timely seller that would be.

More generally, the reaction is what I'd expect - most people content to see what the first 3 or 4 wells bring before significantly de-risking.

I got the impression from the Malcy interview that ideally they would remain committed to NCS, but that it would be a wait and see regards UK, and contingent on opportunities presented by future deals.

The recent large 225k transfer aside, over the last few days' trading we've had the return of our 25/50k buyer. Wonder if we might get another TR-1 soon.
