I wouldn't worry about how the london stock exchange reports trades as buys, sells, or unknown but simply just look at the price differences in trades, which will usually indicate whether it was a buy or sell. ADVFN/LSE uses a very crude algorithm to colour in the trades, and often gets it wrong.

I use quotestream, which uses the London Sock Exchange feed, as does LSE. It wasn't shown on either. What's curious is that if this was indeed off-book dealing by Hargreaves (for the want of a better expression) it nevertheless still moved the real ask up, as if part of the market.

Anybody know if TRP are traded elsewhere? They don't seem to be on Aquis, so I'm just curious as whether Hargreaves have traded my execution off their own book (as not showing).

Going on earlier statements from Equinor, I think Egyptian Vulture was to be spudded by end of this month. However, I believe West Hercules is booked out on the current NS drill until potentially end of July (dry hole length), so I assume it could be early August for spud?

Ivans, 4.2p is the price at which the lender, should they so choose, convert debt to shares. It is not the price at which the shares will be put on the market, and which the company has told you will be a 7.5% discount to the share price on the day.

The price will be at 92.5% of the face value, which will be the SP on the day the deal is struck.

Agree, should really get the SP moving in the right direction again. In fact, we could end up 10% higher today.

I think we just have to be patient for LO to off-load (and for the major catalysts to come into play). That does appear to have concerned a few PIs in the last few days, even though LO been steady sellers into the rise.

Good to know that the board consider this more a private enterprise than having paper issue as its main product! Personally, I'm excited, and I know that many new PIs are going to be coming on board.

Price was as I expected. I'm less hurt as a relative newcomer, but if I'd be in in from near the start I'd be pretty ****ed off.

Delato, the company only stated that the shares were placed through Gneiss Energy, who have also partaken of the palcing. They did not release information to whom the shares were placed. Monecor will be one, Gneiss another, but the potential others we do not know.

I can't see how the premiums would be much above 80p, and not more than a £1. Not only would any higher make any placing left after the subscription look a little pricey to newcomers but there'd be chaos with existing PIs looking to make returns anywhere from 40%, though MMs would ensure an orderly market, as they have done on both the sell and buy side in the past.

The money to be made here will be along the journey and its various stopping off points. Those stopping off points over a short time horizon will mean they'll be plenty of interest in the placing. I'd expect some kind of open offer, but we'll see.
