The risk is that the catalyst that have been lined up fail and/or Lombard Odier continue to sell down their stake. The trend is your friend - wait for volumes to pick (hopefully on the buying side). I'm looking to add, but not right now.

TT, for a couple of weeks there has been more selling than buying, though be it in low volumes. The bid moved down from 2 Mms at 2.2p to 2p, and today there is one on the board at 22p, but not for a 100k volume, so that gets taken by the MM at 21.5 and above - hence price (at time of posting) is 21.7p.

There has been a constant seller in the background in addition to those that might selling their options.

The spread is now very tight, suggesting that the MMs are in fact looking to support, no doubt to assist the seller.

As there are no buyers currently, the SP will remain depressed.

Not a rogue trade at all. You can no longer sell at any sizable volume at 22p, and buys at priced 22.175. In addition to recent share options being exercised (and presumably sold on), we do seem to have a constant drip seller.

I don't think it would be over-optimistic to read into the provided statements that having ready-made production remains in their sights. As I mentioned in an earlier post, the current, rising POO wouldn't have helped their ambitions.

Yes. "Qualifying existing...investors" more likely than not means first dibs (rather than a discount).

Did they use those words, "understand the need for more information"? If so, I hope they act on that and understand that we aren't necessarily looking for anything concrete / material but simply some reassurances.

191,114,234 / 1,407,714,169 = 13.58%

13.58% discount on .035p = 0.302p, being the average that the IIs will want for the shares.

I'd be surprised if it went below 0.28p, certainly at the stage in the game. That's the discounted price for the placing (shares in lieu of 'fees'), so they'll be looking to make that on average. I doubt they'd want to pull that average down at this stage. They may in the future, should the news flow not be great, but too early days for that.

Back to CEG, there may be one or two spread betting but there's not too much more to be gained there as this share has support at .28p, which is the discounted placing price.

I think I've only seen one, maybe two trades just under the bid. For a while the price for buys and sells were both under mid-price due to the low spread (hence all reported as sells).

I think the trending simply reflects an evenly balanced private investor sentiment between those who are bored and those who are prepared to wait longer. The fact that the SP hasn't fallen off the cliff probably reflects the view that the hires, last updates, and licensing applications add up to movement, albeit painfully slow for LTHs.

I'd like to think that the company is aware of the sentiments expressed on this forum, and would provide a material update well in advance of the AGM.

Thanks Starchild but, politely, I think we need to see the company report its own figures. This post not intended as a dig, just a contrary view.

Bottom line: The OO and Placing was mainly to pay legacy debts.

So which is it?

And where do you et the £20m in the first place. Unless I have missed something, we have not had a clear, transparent reproving of the cash / balance situation.
