I have been critical of the BOD espacially of Suzy that is purly to get them to plan ahead and show some urgency. Giving them my honest feeb back months before. I was trying to get them to think what shareholders were thinking or will be thinking if they dont make meterial or value added progress soon.

The biggest problem with AIM is that it puts very intelligent and smart people into comfort zone. They have nothing to lose. Work or not work you will get paid and shareholders are always there to bail you out. You got to burn your ship and there should be no way back. This will make you think and move forward. It brings the best out of you.

I left my high paid IT job to start my own business. I have worked very hard and produced some great results. I dont understand how AIM BOD can work hard and produce nothing. These AIM CEO's are defying the laws of physics! If they say what they say is true! Take note Suzy/Kevin!

I normally post before I go to office. Dont like taking anything negative mindset to work. I started to post on LSE duing lockdown. And now that my work life is back to normal I think i'll reduce my posts significantly. There are some people here trying to creating fear so im sometime forced to respond to their comments.

The right thing to do is put a hold on the lab until the Triple Negative Breast Cancer Evaluation is complete or VAL201 moves forward. These should move us back to mid 30's.

I think few people here will be wrong about VAL.

I dont think Suzy has boxed herself in like 4D. 4D lost £54 million in ONE year so how can anyone in their right mind say " Dilution here could be slightly less than over there".....Slightly.....joke! Here we are spending just over £1 million.

Fear of placing is causing this to drop. But i feel there are few here who are using this to create more fear so they can get in little cheaper. I guess money will make people do crazy things. So not supprised.

Guys, lets from today be considereate to everyone here. If anyone is losing money in other stocks lets not call it out. Its very painful experience. They are already suffering so there is no need for us to rub it in. I have been little childish in the past but then i realized someone close to me going through significant amount of loss in the market. I have a rule that is never to go to anothert stock BB and post any negative comments no matter what. If someone does then let them do it. Just say: what goes around comes around and move on.

We need to focus on our stock and build a share group so that the BOD can't take advantage of us. With one voice we can make significant changes. We all have one goal that is to get a return on our investment. So here we focus only on Valirx. Suzy is a great person but she has yet to delivery a meaningful update. But im still full invested here and still very hopeful that things will work out.

Remember: AGM is an exam time for BOD. We can ask questions openly and see what response we get. So start thinking of some tough questions!

We have a beautiful day here in London. Im going to fully enjoy it.

RB, that was so funny!

Look at MKA (I hold MKA). They did a placing last year at 22p and recently they raised few million more at 27p when the share price was at 20p. In fact the price was below 20p but few days before the placing the price suddenly moved to 23/24p and then a RNS came for a placing at 27p.

I dont see why we cant do this?

I also think this market is very close to hitting a bottom. We should have a very big move up before going into US midterm elections. Oil going to $60 soon? i think so!

Im always up for improvement. Any positive change that can come from this experience will be very good for all the shareholders and the company. Remember nothing in life is perfect.

Suzy's performence has been disappointing. I have asked number of times here and to her why is the company not making any progress. If you work 5 days a week and for 12 months .......times this by 2.3 years then you should have some results to show. She has successfully been able to shelf all the legacy drugs...VAL201....val301...val401. If they are worthless then tell us so we can move forward. I dont know what to believe anymore.

Lets see how she responds to Adam's message. Im sure she has to have all the facts before she replies.

You are working VERY HARD trying to get some cheap shares. This is just not going to happen! No one is selling here! Look at Friday trades there are many buyers at around 19/20p. News due next week!

There is a lot of money around. Right deal will get funded. im 100% sure! No lab until VAL 201 goes through. We are not sure how much they are trying to get...10 million or 100 million!

Porky9 posting many times during this weekend. Why this weekend? He knows that VAL shareholders are fearful and angry so he is trying to create more fear and panic. So he can make few extra pounds. I want Suzy to NOT take any salary until deal done! She will be paid only in shares in Valirx at 30% premium price. Cut cost and Kevin to go this week! The rest of the outfit paid half salary and half shares at premium price or they can take all the salary in shares.

It's time for the BOD to save the company and not always the shareholders. Why do shareholders have to pay for their mistakes? This is all because of their lazy work. Working from home! Where is the progress on any of the drugs? VAL301/VAL401/VAL201/BC201?
