Im very confident that we will have a positive end to this. Why wouldnt i be? The only person that knows what is happening is our CEO and she has not given any indication of negative news. She gets regular updates and is working with them to set up the clinical trials. Come on people 1+ 1= 2 not 11! So keep it simple.

I have a very good friend and he is from Barbados. He actually moved back there three years ago. Maybe one day I would love to go there. I need to start traveling again. My last trip was from London ---> Hong Kong----> Australia----> New Zealand----> Australia-----> Singapore -----> Malaysia----Singapore----->London. I traveled by Qantas airline. Its the most rubbish airline i ever traveled with. Never travel with them! I traveled for 12 weeks. I had no phone with me. No one can all me. lol!

I have a plan!

We (Val Shareholders) have immense pool of raw talent. And im very happy to be a shareholder in this company. I'm not concerned if TheoremRx fails to get the required funds. But I want to see something POSITIVE to come out of this failure, if it happens. I trust Suzy and im happy to believe a deal will come before end of this month.

But I dont want our CEO to waste time replying to everyone's emails or calls. I want our CEO to focus on her work fully. Some of us have been writing indivudually to her and where did it get us? We need to speak with ONE VOICE. We need to see progress being made. We need a small group ( 1 to 3) of large investors to speak to her and make sure that real progress is being made. This group can speak to all the shareholders via a zoom call.

This is not my field and i dont understand much of the science here. We are very lucky that we have very knowledgeable large shareholders. So lets deal with the opportunity when it comes but have a think about my plan.

OB..... we dont know what TheoremRx are giving away to get the funds.

They could be giving a stake in TheoremRx and are possiable listing on Nasdaq in say 2 years once VAL201 P2 is successful. We dont have any information.

No way it's at 5%... investors can get that today by buying high dividen stocks or renting out a property. Why take the risk for 5%?

Great plan today!

Still feel we will go to 28p today! This will from today start moving towards +50p. The market will start to price in the good news that is coming!

What is the market? It's all of us....look at today trades. Most are buys..... so if there are too many buyers then MM will have to start to move up the price as they have limited stock. Its all about supply and demand! The MM will try to find a new equilibrium price where (supply = demand). I think this is between 50p to 60p!

I think if can get to 50p before the news that i think we will spike to £1.20 to £1.40 when the news comes. We could even hit OB's target.
