Lets be clear... Im very excuited about the lab and our current portfolio of drugs. I think its a great idea even if we dont take on any outside work but just focus on our own drugs. We can maybe do five evaluations per year. It will be awesome news. I want Suzy to work with brillient Cathy. I think they make a very good team. We will start selling our drugs and generating income very quickly. We do have more then £3.3 milllion in the bank. We have enough cash for next 12 months.

My only problem is Suzy expending too fast. Im happy to expand but once we have a successful model. And hopefully at that time we are minimum in late 20's or 30's.

Suzy has stirred up a hornet's nest here. She listens to Stella/Kevin who are clueless about how the shareholder feel about placing.

I dare you to ask Stella/Kevin to buy shares in Valirx at 30p and then you do a placing at 10p. Lets see how loyal and sympathetic Stella & Kevin are! lol

Suzy was meant to be people's CEO! Chosen by the shareholders and for the shareholders! I dont know Kevin or Stella or Mark. She needs to treat the money she has in the company like as if it was her own money and not listen to the voices around here. Since you took over you have doubled the number of shares and produced excuses. How are you any better then the last BOD? Is this how you reward the people who put trust in you? I personally would be thrilled to see you succeed but you have to earn it. There is no easy way. Constant placing is destroying shareholder value.

Dont give them the option to do future placing! If you say no to them you will bring out the very best in them and they will thank us afterwards. You will make them resourceful. There is no short cut. This is why very few succeed. They will learn to earn money like all of us here. As of now they have more then enough cash, more then anytime since Suzy took over ( > £3.3 million).

There is no free lunch. It's the pressure of results that builds your character. By giving them handouts you are making them weak and weak people produce poor results. This is not a good example to set. If the BOD had any respect for anyone of the shareholders here they would at least write a decent RNS. Three years is a very long time for us to wait. So make them earn!!!

I appreciate everyone for standing firm on placing. Together we can send a strong message to the BOD that we no longer accept destruction of our company via constant placing without meaningful results. We can change the culture! Our demands are very reasonable, just and fair. We don’t ask for too much. The BOD takes from us as if we we owe them. No, we don’t owe you nothing! In the real world you earn the right to ask and not hold us hostage. We will not be held hostage by you anymore! We demand results!!! We demand transparency!!! We demand accountability!!! We demand change!!! It’s time you woke up and know how we feel about what you have been doing to this company and hard working shareholders for many years!

We are the legitimate owners of this company and you show no commitment to our cause. You say you work hard but you produce no results and empty promises. You openly lie time after time. We will not give you the options to commit more placing without result's. And remember the history of this company. There are people here who will resist you if you persist with your unreasonable demands. And if you don’t listen then we have the “courage” to demand change! And we will!

Say no to placing! And I demand that the BOD invite Adam to the board without delay!

Never be afraid to stand up for what you believe and can no long accept. We live in a free country and what makes this country the greatest on planet is freedom to express ourself and demand change!

They have over £3.3 million in the bank. We want them to deliver some positive results. If you keep giving them blank cheques then they will never appreciate it and keep taking more. Look at AIM. It's the same story everywhere. Suzy and Kevin should invest in their own work. Why don't they? If they don't they are just using our money to experiment. Would Suzy give 6% of her house to a builder? Would Kevin or Stella? But they are happy to give our company away. Would Suzy every admit her mistakes?

If we get results on VAL 201/VAL 301/VAL 401, etc, before AGM in June then happy to give them the option to do a placing but not less then 25p. They should try to sell something. This is how we all make money.

I feel the BOD has not earned this. They have not earned the right to do another 30,000,000 placing. We should not encourage poor performance. If we do then we should not cry afterwards.

It really moved Stateside at 3pm...all positive but so undervalued still.

Lets me polite..... We dont achieve anything positive when we lash out at each other or the BOD. We only create divisions and conflict among each other. How does this fulfil our purpose? If we are divided then BOD will dedicate us. I'm sure they have their reasons and we have ours. We just need them to listen to ours. Im sure they are good people like us and want what is best.

If we want to bring a change then we stick together and see how we can deal with this politely and respectfully. We have some very smart people here. We are all very reasonable people and happy to listen to anyone who has something to say.

I want to see what Adam has to say. I have not exchanged any emails with Suzy since last year xmas/new year wishes. So just going to take it day by day. Dont want to distrub Suzy and I dont have anything meaningful to ask her.

I think if we can get one person to deal with BOD it will be much better. Saves them time dealing with lots of fustrated, repetitive emails. I'm happy for Adam to speak and try to get our message to them. Give his feed back to us.

As of now im against future placing.

I’m making the point that I don’t want more then one lab unless we make this profitable.

I don’t even want to think about it. I just want them to focus all their energy and time on this one lab and make it very successful. Then we can look to expand slowly and after 2 to 3 profitable labs we can go aggressive.

We are too small to take on big risks.

It would be crazy to start expanding without any real life experience. At least make one lab profitable before opening few more. No one on the BOD has any experience of running a profitable business.

Would Suzy or Kevin expand if it was their own money? I bet you the answer is, No.

Would Stella invest in Suzy to expland without proven model? I dont think so. Then why ask us?

Can Suzy/Kevin/Stella guarantee that their lab model will be successful?

Too many people have expertise/PhD's but what they all lake is real life experience.

I want Suzy to do well but I want them to prove first with one lab before expending. If Suzy is successful then we are successful. I invested here second time because I thought Suzy was a hardworking and fair person. Not like the last BOD.

No need to be scared! We all want what is best for the company. Do you think what they are doing is justified?

Look at HEMO... from 1.3p to 4p in few days. Market Cap > £20 million. They have just two drugs in preclinical development stages. We already have two, Val 301 and CLX001 and we could add two more in next 6 months! We will have four.

There is a lot of money floating around. We just need some good news here and it will start the upward move. Let's hope Barcelona is successful. Then Val will move big! We could have a hat-trick! Kings, Hokkaido & Barcelona! We definitely have enough cash for next 12 months!

Its a heven for traders.... buy at 11p and sell at 20p/21p! I will buy in the open market few this week but im already too deep in this so dont want to buy in the placing. If you have cash or are new to this company then its a great opportunity as you get free warrents. Easy money! Lots of news due and with the Lab it can really take off very soon!

It's a difficult situation and everyone is understandably frustrated. We need to have a constructive discussion and not attack each other or the BOD. This achieves nothing and our focus is moved from what we think is best for this company to useless arguments. Let's keep it professional and respectful.

Not happy with few things but excited about the lab. Lots of potential here and we have good amount of cash!

We have over £3.2 to £3.4 million in cash in the bank. Plus we will get additional £375,000 from warrents at 14p!

We have enough cash to do what we like. We need the BOD to sell something in next 6 to 12 months. Val 201, val 301, val 401 or Kings or one of other evaluations.

Market cap of £10 million with £3.3 million in cash. Whats not to like?

Give me a break! Little downside & upside is where i focus my energy/time!

I think we wil see 20p/21p over next 2 months. Not sure if we can get past 21p but 20p/21p we will see definitely see before June! Provided Barcelona's results are good. Lab will not add any value rightway but over next 12 months it will slowly produce cashflow.

Barcelona due next month and Hokkaido before June. If both go through then we will see 30p easy! This is all without val 201 and val 301. With Val 301 then i see 50p by June. If Val 201 fails to get funding then we will have Kings, Barcelona &/ or Hokkaido, Val 301?

Holding for next 6 months should be very interesting. We have more then enough funds for next 6 months > £3 milllion. Easy picking for anyone buying here.

I was going to comment but there is no point. Disappointed like everyone here! Wasn't expecting placing so soon or so low. Thought we would get news first. But its good to get it out of the way. At least next 6 months no one will scare shareholders with incoming placing. Valtree/porky have lost their jobs here. lol!!!

We just need one deal and this will no longer be a risky investment. Worth staying in if you have been waiting for Val 201. i will add few more on Monday. Just busy with work today so not able to process all this.

Thanks Adam for taking time to post here. I saw the posts but will read them when I get home in the evening. Just ignore the noise as most here enjoy reading your posts. But it would be awesome if you are on the board. I think Suzy is missing the point. Having you on the board will be a massive help to her. And it will give shareholder a huge peace of mind that there i someone on the board who holds a decent position.

15:42:51 12.33p 9,469 £1,168. = BUY

15:48:27 12.27p 150,000 £18,410 = SELL

15:52:27 12.422p 10,000 £1,242 = BUY

Please look at the time.

At 15:45:51 someone bought 9,469 at 12.33p.
At 15:48:27 someone sold 150,000 at 12.27p
At 15:52:27 someone bought 10,000 at 12.422p.

The "OFFER PRICE" went up FROM 12.33p to 12.422p after 150,000 sell. This is not possible if this was a private seller!

So MM are SHORT of stock!!!! This 150,000 was a sale between MM. After the sale the stock price was increased.

Now look at the 50,000 at 15:52:47. Again the office price went up from 12.422p to 12.455p!!

MM moving stocks between each other!!

We could have new highs this month! Wow!!!
