I have been in this company for 7 years. I want the BOD to work for their money. Suzy is acting like the old BOD. Four placing in 3 years from 6p to 11p. How can you vote Yes?

I feel very strongly that this is Stella's idea and Suzy is just going with it. Look at what happened with TheoremRx and with Cenkos. You have a choice this time to stop it.

Dont sit on the side and watch this show. If you think its wrong then have the COURAGE to say NO! You will feel much better when you do the right thing. If you ever look back you will remember this event. You stood for what was right and just.

We are not againt placing. What we are againt is them living off us constantly on placing. Suzy has done 4 placing from 6p to 11p in 3 years. She is on a £160,000 and this includes 20,000 bonus. What has she really done in three years? She has team of people working with her! Just Kings. We have had nothing on VAL 201, VAL 301, VAL 401, BC201, etc. Why are you giving them a free pass? No boddy give you a free ticket in life.

Suzy has £3.6 million in cash in the bank. She should use this money and get some results first. We have a AGM in June and then at better price we can give them an option. Not happy for them to do constant placing without delivering anything of value. This is not fair on LTH. This is not how you run a profitable business.

We are not the government benefit system. Everytime they want something they do a placing. When you give these people easy money they will always find a reason to come back again and again. I have seen this happen in MTPH, VAST, UKOG,LVCG, the list goes on and on on AIM. They are very intelligent people at getting money from us but they dont want to produce any results. And if you keep giving them easy money they will never fully commit to this company because they have you to support them.

TDK, the only person with superpowers that can stop all these negative posts is Suzy. They don't listen to anyone, not even Adam. So just ignore them. When you get angry you give your powers to them. Once they know they can get to you they will keep coming after you. Never lose your head here! Look at how cool Adam is. Nothing gets to him. He is a great role model.

I think Suzy is making our job very difficult. She needs to deliver something soon. She is constantly giving them more and more ammunition to use against us. It's very difficult for us to defend BOD/Valirx.

I want Cenkos gone yesterday. i agree, we should not be paying two fee's. Shareholder money should be better spent. We shouldnt be say this. I think Suzy is too nice and doesnt want to say no. It was little frustrating last few days. But i am happy because she is buying a Lab. If she focus on this one Lab I think she will do very well. She will progress our evaluation much faster. This will save us time and money. I think she can cut timeline from 12 months to 9 months or from 6 months to 4 months. This is great news. Not many are not thinking about this. We can take on five evaluation at the same time. HEMO, with only two Pre-clinical is worth more then £20 million. We could be making very good money very quickly here.

Another positive will be that we will attract very good evaluations because the other party will know that we have our own Lab. This is a big plus for us. So WELL DONE, Suzy for getting a Lab.

Lets build the first lab and show everyone what is possible. Then we are happy to support you. Why wouldnt we? Your success is our success! It will be crazy for any shareholder to wish you otherwise.

What positive news that will create demand for 30 million more shares? It has to be VAL 201!! It's coming!

I really want to see Suzy getting this deal over the line. It will transform her and give her massive confidence. She will become unstoppable! I hope she gets it done.

Suzy knows what she is doing... very cleaver. Dont underestimate her! She is a great scientist. She will get VAL 201 through. She has proof that TRX are making progress or have cash and VAL 201 is happening very soon. Got to go with here! Now she has Cathy/Stella with here. A smart bet will be on them getting VAL 201 across the line.
