The stronger the message via no vote, the better as then the BOD will think about the June vote. They deliver results and we are happy for them to carry on.

As for the vote I feel really happy that I voted No to R4. I believe when we work hard for something we really want it makes us better people.

Just reflect on something you wanted. We all wanted something in our lives and we had to work extreamly hard to get it. In order for us to get that University placement, profession, job, car, house, we had to grow and become better. I think this is the problem with AIM. The CEO's get whatever they want & whenever they want. And they never need to grow enough to earn it. This is why they keep coming back to us for more and more money because they are unable to grow it any further themselves. By saying no to R4, you are helping them to become "resourceful". Would a bank manager give them any money based on what they told us?

How about Suzy/Kevin make a pitch to Stella to invest in Valirx?

Four placing in 3 years from 5p to 11p is very poor performance especially in a growth company. Disappointed in Stella when she tried to justify poor performance. They have over £3.5 million in the bank and I feel its their turn to deliever something to us. Im happy to reconsider in next 6 months.

If Stella thinks that we should have more cash then put your money where your mouth is. Buy £1 million worth of stock in Valirx and you will see us all buying more with you. Then the SP will be at +20p/30p/40p and Suzy can get her 30 million shares! But please don't go around lecturing us on how much cash we should have. And there can be no end to greed because man/women, by his/her very exclusive human nature is pathologically insatiable!!!

If R4 is rejected then im expecting a big move up into 20's. We have enough cash (£3.6 million inc warrents) and no more placing for next 12 months!

If you want the BOD to respect you and maybe listen to you then dont be Mr Yes! I know we can justify everything in life but this is never the solution. If you are not sure then put everything on the paper and you will see it clear.

What has Suzy done in 3 years? Judge her on the results in last three years so read the RNS's and look at the SP. These are FACTS!

Ells, look at FTSE, "all time high".

DAX is near all time high.

US has been slow to join the party. So i think we do have a move up first before we move down again.

It's not going to be a smooth ride.

There is a major development in the markets!

1) We have Golden Cross on all the major markets. Dow, DJT, FTSE, DAX, Russel, NQ and soon on S&P. (Algo's will pick this up) = V. V. Bullish!!

2) This week we have "broken" a major decending trendline on S&P. ( Need to close >4000 on Friday)

3) S&P Biotech ETF is about to break a major bullish pattern. If it breaks it then im looking at least 50% move up. We could see new 2022/2023 highs this or next month. This is great news for TheoremRx. Big money will move back into this sector.

Always check for yourself! This is just me noticing few things. As of now im extremely bullish! But I would like to see S&P close above > 4000 this week.

Im also bullish on VAL. Like I said in the morning, it's very "oversold" and needs a little push and it will fly to 20p. Maybe a rejection of R4 could be the catalyst!

So please vote tomorrow!

Some people might be thinking they only need to vote once. If you hold shares in two accounts then you should be voting twice.

Get those votes in early. We need to send these people a strong message! They will then worry about the AGM. They have SIX months to deliver results or look for another job.

If we decisively win this vote then they will work hard to deliver results.

If you hold stock with IG make sure you check your emails. I have some VAL in ISA and rest in my normal account.

IG sent me two emails. So i have to vote twice for my holdings. One for ISA account and one for my normal sharedealing account.

Also another account i'm managing I have NOT recieved any email from IG. There is about £40,000 worth of VAL in this ISA account. Spoke to them and they are looking into it.

So make sure you vote for both accounts ISA and normal share dealing account. If you only got one email then get on the phone to sort it out.

I dont see any justification for placing another 30 million shares when they already have £3.6 million in the bank. I dont like they way Suzy did it. On Friday she pushed for the lab and after few days she wanted more. She will use this 30 million by June and ask for more at the AGM. And then again in December. What has she been doing for last three years? She got paid for doing nothing! In three years she only produced Kings.

Motom, Suzy is very good at using people. There should be a film made on this and it should be called "there is something about Suzy"...... Kevin can be the Pizza man, Tucker or Woogie. LMAO!!!!

I have sent an email to Suzy last week and told here where I stand. She was really nice about it. So my thinking was this wasn't her idea. It was Stella's idea. She is just going with it.

She has £3.6 million in the bank. She is loving it. If she gets the money then great and if not she is happy to get on with her work. This is why they never organised any Zoom call or interview. It was Adam who arranged this recorded interview.
