Yes, once R4 is rejected im sure we will move up big. We are oversold. If we get positive results for Barcelona and R4 rejected. Easy 20p. Then lab news we go to 25p.

I have a great feeling about Val this week. It's the start of February and im expecting lots of news. Hokkaido results came few weeks before the deadline. We are due an update on all of our assets. Maybe a short delay as Suzy wants the quarterly update to include Barrcelona results.

Im confident that R4 will be rejected. Almost everyone in T group voted it down.

Yes, it was a special gift from Suzy. She told me I will be needing it next year. lol!!! I wasn't sure what she meant at the time but its been very useful addition to my keyboard.

Trust me when I say Nick is one of my favourite posters. He is a major holder in one of my other companies. The director tried to take advantage. Nick stopped him in his track. Nick don’t take s hit from anyone! He is very fair and honest guy! He has been in Val for more than 5 years!

We will be okay! So don’t worry too much! No one is taking advantage of us. Those old days are gone. I’m adding here with confidence!

The BOD need a strong message sent to them and I think many here made that clear by rejecting R4. Once the news comes you will see us move up. I have a feeling Suzy will withdraw R4 to save face before GM!

Adam is the heart beat of this company! I told Suzy without Adam the SP would have been below 5p. I also told her to read his posts because he gives lots of very useful information. Don’t think she listens. Lol!

If Adam joins the BOD the first job I would give Adam is to write the RNS and deal with the broker. We only need one broker. Cathy and Suzy work well together. What does Kevin really do?

What time do you expect the change to occure. with weeks, months?

I think the following will help

1) Better written RNS ( with in 4 weeks)

2) Have a major shareholder on the board. ( with in 4 weeks)

3) Work on getting an update on Val 201/ Val 301 (within 3 months)

Maybe the BOD or Adam will catch something positive from one of the posters here.

Maybe you are right. But was it the right strategy? Was she being selfish?

Anyone with any commen sense would have worked their ass off on Val 201 and Val 401. If she needed few millions more she should have come out clean when the results for Val 201 came out. Hey guys, I need £3 million to make so and so changes to VAL 201. Then we stand a much better chance of getting a deal. We were in 20's /30's/40's/ 50's and she could have gotten the money very easily. She has everyone supporting her. Today we would not be begging TheorumRX for little to no money upfront. Now we finding out we had issues with patent.

I agree the problems we have with Val 201 are not Suzy's fault and this was the last BOD's poor work. But when does it become her responsiability? The day she took the CEO job. I know it will cost us extra to get things right. She should have gotten things right quickly. Today the SP would have been much higher!

So much money and TIME has gone into developing Val 201 and Val 401. Both are at Phase 2. Very few drugs get to Phase 2. Three years in and we are worth less then £10 million. We are at 10p and she says in the interview 10p to 15p. We are less then 10 million market cap and she says in the interview £10 million to £15 million market cap. Even she can't believe the poor work she has done!

This is why im strongly againt the BOD diluting us here! Twice is more then enough!!!!

We are massively undervalued. Without the three new evaluation CLX001, Hokkaido and Barcelona, we were in 20's/30's last year and year before that. Suzy needs to show some urgency and write good RNS's to build positive momentum. Stop treating us like school kids. It shows clear disrespect to every shareholder in the company!

I still believe in VAL 201. I think there is a way to get this moving forward. There will always be issues but its when the BOD resolve these issues that true value is generated in the company. Suzy shoud not look for an easy options?

If you really ask me how I feel about Stella. I think she has very good business mind. I just didnt like her trying to defend Suzy/Kevin and SP. I wanted her to say what she believes and not try to impress her boss. Her previous work speaks volume. Its not easy to achieve what she has. She is used to driving on the moterway at + 70 mph and is now driving on a built-up areas at max 30 mph. She will have a very aggressive mindset and that is great for us. Doing placing here leaves a bad taste.

Most of us bought into this company because of VAL 201! It works…. It’s SAFE…!!!! Why are we turning our back on it???

The world needs VAL 201!! Good, young man die everyday because the treatment is very expensive and not available.

Suzy has made nothing but cheap excuses and put constant blame on old BOD! Are we going to accept what she says? Why do we accept it?

Val 201 had very minor to no side effects!!!! If you are not sure what I’m talking about or are new here then go and read Adam’s posts starting 2020 plus RNS’s on VAL 201!

I understand that Suzy’s job is not easy. It’s a very challenging job to get these drugs on the market! Is she really up to the task? Is she doing justice to millions and millions of men that will die from prostate cancer? This job comes with big responsibility!

Is this what we expected from here when she took over as CEO?

Should the person trusted to do this job spend her time reading BS on LSE and replying to emails or working her ass off trying to resolve the issue and get val 201 on the market?

Her focus is too much on things that are a distraction. She needs to completely cut off from reading LSE posts and focus on finding ways to get val 201/ val 301 & val 401 to the market!

We have come too far with Val 201 and val 401 to just wake away! Both at phase 2! We are worth less than £10 million!

History tells us that people who make a difference in this world are the ones who never ever give up! They stay the course. The harder the task the bigger the reward! Nothing in life that is worth something is easy. VAL 201 works and is safe! We should do whatever it takes to get it to the market!

What really happened to VAL 201?

Once upon a time there was so much excitement about Val 201.

Did Suzy kill off one of the most promising potential drug for prostate cancer for men? It was the reason why we bought so much of the stock in this company.

There was a talk about using the peptide to test ovarian, uterus and breast cancers. It offered so much potential. The results were based on PCWG2 guidelines. The most toughest guidelines in the industry.

Is she trying to remove previous management's legacy and start her own new legacy? Kill off all the legacy drugs and start all over again?

Valtree posting here after three years, tells me their conflict might be very deep rooted. But now she is in the driver seat so she can do whatever she likes and the previous BOD can only watch and cry. lol!

I give Suzy Xmas homework and told her to read Adams post from 2020/2021. I don't think she did the homework as she had her own plans.

Do we just ignore this? SP was in 20's for most part of 2021 and she knew what issues there were with Val 201. Why didn't she raise £2/£3 million and try to fix them? The drug is safe and it works so the patent issue could have been resolved? We could have had many offers for it. So much hard work has gone into Val 201, all wasted??!

How many years and how much did we spend on Val 201?

After the recent zoom call i'm disappointed in the BOD including Stella. I think we should not ignore VAL 201. I think important questions should be asked if we dont get a deal soon. Maybe i'm looking at the worst case here but I think we should ask questions from all the angles. Maybe Suzy is doing her best but her best is just not good enough.

I have this really good friend. She goes around dating guys with money. In less than one year she will make sure you are worst than a beggar. I had this guy in my office before covid and he was crying. Honestly, this guy was telling me how much money he saved before he met here and was looking forward to buying a house. He was working very hard and saving most of his money. Now he was living off credit cards. All the money gone!

Soon after that she dumped him and i never say the poor guy again. But last year i saw her with a rich middle eastern guy. She saw me and she comes running to me and gave me a kiss and hug. She then introduces me to her new man. The guy was really happy that he was dating her. He had a really big smile on his face. I was thinking that you have no f uckkig idea what this women is planning to do to you. lol! She was telling me once that she wants a guy to buy her an apartment in Baker Street. lol.

How well do we really know Suzy/Kevin? By just exchanging few emails do we really know what they are planning? I think we should trust people on results and not on words/stories. We should reserve your judgement until we see what they deliver.
