Thanks RIchKen. Partner isn’t an option, she leaves the finances to me, but has no idea I’m maxxed on my ISA. I’ve only started buying shares after a long hiatus, so this is my first ISA, shame I can’t use up previous years allowance.
If my circumstances were different I’d have been able to put everything into BMN knowing the gains would keep on coming, but I made the decision that for me to be able to give up work ASAP I would have to take a few chances on companies that could multibag in a relatively short timespan ANGS, OMI, ORR, CLON etc. Highly speculative, but potential to multibag very short term. Not my preferred strategy, but I detest my job 😩

Expert10201, thanks for the reply. Once funds are in A SIPP, can they be withdrawn prior to age 55 subject to interest paid on profits etc, or are they locked in till 55 at the earliest?

......so am I better off buying now in my dealing account, then bed and breakfasting into ISA next year, or keeping in dealing account knowing if I’m a LTH the tax rate isn’t exorbitant and waiting till at least a year before b&b?
My other option in selling my other ISA investments and buying BMN, but they’re more speculative and have potential to rerate at any time. Once rerated the decision is simple, sell and invest in BMN.

Advice needed please. I’m currently sat at just under 30,000 shares and have just cancelled my work share options returning £15k. I’m maxxed on my isa, but have both a dealing account and a SIPP all 3 of which contain a block of about 10k shares each.
I’m 50 with an interest only mortgage, so there’s some prospect the bank at some point may want to see whether I can pay off the mortgage through the investments I hold.
I want to top up in BMN, but if I put it in my SIPP can I withdraw the funds (subject to payable tax) if I need the money prior to retirement/55 years old when I can get at 25% tax free.
I’m not intending on trading my BMN shares, and was considering putting some into my dealing account, but want to pay minimal tax. There’s next years ISA to consider, but I believe the SP will be way north of what it is now. Any advice on how you’d play it would be much appreciated.

£6k is hardly a fortune to some traders, 1 in 5 punts comes off and their strategy pays in a big way. Like the rest of you I’m hoping this is money that’s in the know but keeping an open mind.

KP2 tends to have big rises on no news then drop back down again. If it wasn’t for the DFS hanging around in the background I’d be tempted to continually sell and re-buy to increase my holding. Fortune favours the brave, but would hate to time this wrong.

Even though Simons words seem to suggest offers on the table, it’s whether they’ll be signed off that he’s neither admitting or denying. I’d say we’re a bit ahead of ourselves suggesting they “ will come to some agreement shortly” . This is still very much in play and that’s a positive, but to what extent the rest is pure speculation.

The situation ...develops every day. The language is important here, would you use the word develops for something you know is about to crash to oblivion?

Unable to give details of any agreement unless signed and contractually binding may suggest there’s something on the table at least. Not a dead duck yet.

Good interview. Looks like there will be more of a news stream than I was expecting. Hopefully should see some positive movement in the share price soon.

The price went down on the VAT RNS and didn’t get the impression there’d be anything imminent news wise that would push the share price. Think we’re talking spring time.

I’m a holder, and bullish on this, but not sure when the next news is coming to push this up.

What are people’s thoughts on price if DFS comes out as positive as expected.

Managed to get in just before close. 8800 @ 0.4385. Was hoping for 9216 with available funds to top up holding to 30,000. Have cashed in my work options with funds available by Friday hopefully to top up th 40 or 50k..... and then I’ll have to stop 😂
