I’m not a long term investor here, bought in at about 0.56p back in September, but at the time I bought on the understanding Bellzone had funds for a further few months as indicated by the company. With Sonagol pulling the plug and investors like myself buying in based on funding available, is there no recourse against Sonogal for misleading shareholders?

Thanks Clarkgriswold. I wasn’t worried about long term share price, but whilst I take investing seriously, there’s also that game/ fun element where you try and get in at the best price available. I do get however that it can go the other way and you end up possibly paying more but today I couldn’t see it opening up 5% up for instance.

Thanks everyone for your kind tax advice, some legal and some not 😂. I’m too pretty for prison and I don’t want to be hanging onto another prisoners jeans pocket, so will be taking the legal route. Not in a position to put in a SIPP with no chance of access for 4-5 years so have adde d funds to my dealing account and looking to add just over 20,00 shares tomorrow which will take my total to 50k. As and when the opportunity arises I will bed and isa next year and purchase within the existing ISA when I sell out of my other shares.
For now, a lower profile on this B.B., media blackout and a bit more deramping on BMN would be appreciated, at least until April of next year. Thanking you in advance.

John Henry, I’ve only been invested for about a month. In that month there’s been a few occasions where there will be a double digit rise that will retract to a smaller rise at the end of the day. The next day the gain usually retracted and the SP would either return or fall slightly below where it was a couple of days before. So as I said if I’d sold whilst it was rising and then repurchased following the drop I’d have a lot more shares. However, the results of the DFS are still being awaited, so I wouldn’t want to miss out on what I believe will be a very decent re-rate, and the latest rise seems to have stuck indicating hopefully that the news we are waiting for is just around the corner. Your post John Henry reads like your suggesting I’m being anything but bullish on KP2. Anything but, I have a very positive outlook on this investment in the short and long term.

Thanks both for your replies. I wouldn’t say I was cash poor, but more asset rich in terms of investments, so where to put the cash I have is a bit of a conundrum at the minute. What I do know is a large proportion is going into BMN, and I think it looks like I’ll have to bite the tax bullet and put it in the dealing account as I can’t guarantee that I won’t need access before 55.
