Assuming honestu has got it right, and Newmont will look to takeover OMI, just what kind of valuation can we put on Anza? Unless I’m mistaken, OMI has operations in Uruguay and Columbia with some reference to Chile but nothing coming up on the website..... so to all intents and purposes, if Uruguay is sorted and NMT look to take us out they’re basically getting Anza and nothing else.

Kalia and port according to the article has a value/cost of over $250m. Obviously CS will get paid off first, but might there be some crumbs left. I’m in at just under 0.6p, so anything over $3m left over should see me ok. What I have learnt from this is not everything is as it seems on aim. Days before this went t!ts up Julian Cheong was incredibly bullish on BZM’s prospects. The story here was compelling and turned into a nightmare. I have a lot less sleepless nights over BMN.

On every board on every share on AIM you’ve got claims of multibagging 5,10,20 times. It’s not inconceivable for MATD to double or even treble from this point till spud, but as we enter into a bearish phase imho we’re looking at 5.5p maximum unless major news will take it anywhere?

Ok, thought it was from 2018. In which case it is well overdue. This potentially looks like a very decent investment.

MATD has obviously been oversold and the SP represents value, but I personally think this rise is going to be temporary. We have about 4 months of down time, and unless the company can keep providing positive news flow on a regular basis during that time it’s likely to retract again.

Pdub, the point I was trying to make was we would all love to buy in at the bottom of the dip if we can, and I used Chartists figures as an example that compared to the long term reward on offer, hitting that bottom ultimately doesn’t make that much difference, at least not for me.

I hold just over 87000 shares av price 40.13. Looking to top up to a nice round 100000. Taking Chartist2’s figures, at 36p average drops to 39.62 and at 32p it drops to 39.11. If I sold 100000 at £1 that would be around £500 difference. I’m not sure I’ll be that bothered I missed out on 1/2% when the share price is going to rise to the levels we expect them to.

Obviously they can’t reduce existing shareholders holdings and value and can only imagine an agreement where SA investors have first dibs wheN UK investors look to sell?

My faith in Teeling is dwindling by the day. For some reason I get the impression those running the company turn up, do minimal hours and don’t really have the passion or desire to push this through. I’m not saying there’s nothing investable here, just that the company has pi55 poor PR and aren’t hungry enough or desperate enough to create shareholder value any time soon.

With BMN looking to list on the JSE, and a large percentage of shares in the sticky hands of PI’s, and FM looking to get II’s on board, just where are the shares the good people of S.A. going to buy coming from?
