Haven't you worked out that if you issue shares like confetti the MCap is bound to increase unless the SP drops? That is just basic math.

The last 1,476,746,310 shares have hardly touched the outstanding balance owed to YA. And still the mugs keep believing in this HOS. They really do get all they deserve.

Ocelot fails to say how much they have diluted the company trying to pay off YA. Shares in issue have gone from 2.9bn to over 4bn since Capital Reorganisation. Just work out how much they have paid out in that period. Not hard to work out if they get the resolution passed at the gm those shares won't last long before they have to have another GM.

By my calculation they still have 278,977,335 left from the GM to get rid of before the AGM.

Will they get one more in before the AGM?

What " timely monetization of any commercial finds."? The licence area hadn't produced any oil despite 12 wells being previously drilled there. perhaps that would given them a clue. A real bunch of brainless wonders got taken in yet again.

Looks like the shares admitted to trading yesterday may have been for a loan reduction, or were they? We will just have to wait to find out. Yet another nail in the coffin of the BoD as far as I'm concerned. I just don't trust them or anything they say.
