The only delaying tactic will be total silence from UKOG about future plans for HH. Just think about all the time they have had to prepare a statement for when Finch loses. Bet they say sweet FA. We are still waiting for the works they said they were "considering" in January. Was it yet another "false promise"?

Apart from lining the pockets of the Directors there are no benefits in keeping HH and all the other minnow onshore oil companies as a going concern. You only need to look at the oil produced at each field and by company to work out it is just jobs for the boys.
