UK onshore oil and gas production in charts – March 2024

UK onshore daily oil production was down 6% in March 2024, compared with the previous month. This reflects production falls at Wytch Farm, the country’s biggest onshore producer.

Onshore gas volumes were up slightly on February but not as much as would be expected given the longer month in March.

Vented gas from UK onshore oil sites rose more than 50% in March, compared with February 2024.
