If they carried al the ones from the GM over I reckon they still have 92,419,568 they can still issue. They won't get a lot for them.

After expenses (6%) it leaves them £260,000. That won't keep the lights on for long. Expect another GM and call for shares soon.

8,167,456,073 shares in issue next week so double the number in just 2 months.

By my calculations they have issued more shares than allowed by what was said at the AGM but will wait for someone else to check.

If they are correct UKOG will need over another 1.1bn shares to clear the £2m. After that they will only have about another 2bn shares in the kitty which at best will only raise about £400k. Money will run out soon.

LATEST NEWS: With PEDL 235 relinquishment, successful Loxley PEDL234 drilling could now access 100% of full field Loxley recoverable resource via out of round NSTA application. Acquiring western field segment would increase net UKOG 2C recoverable resources by up to 10 bcf.
