There is no reason whatsoever that the Court case effects the planned work so why hasn't it been carried out? The mugs can shout all they like about Finch and the Court case but UKOG even said themselves that permissions were in place to carry out work on the HH-2Z re-injector. They just don't have the cash to do it.

With 10m+ shares and over £5k in the pot Adrian must be worried. YA dropping the odd 30m shares at the end of the day at 0.045 won't be doing his 0.0594 punt any favours. Over a grand down if he tries to sell. And they wonder why he gets called a mug punter.

So how come ALBA and DOR have not agreed with the farmin, or is it farmout, with PPP? Coiuld it be something to do with the fact that they don't want to pay for a waste of space?

If you do get Court news this week it will be for next week won't it? Best to get your facts right. I take it you need a tick up to sell at a loss.

There is certainly a big space between Adrians ears. The man from Del Monte says yes so no real biggie. They still don't have the money to carry out the works on HH-1 or the HH-2Z re-injector or they would have already done it. You still can't push it uphill can you?

The Incinerator appeal at Portland hasn't been decide yet. It was held over 3 months ago. The HH decision is well overdue but nearly all expect it to go against Finch. How can you say "largely" when it is still being undertaken?

Who are these major players at Portland? Where are they going to get the hydrogen from?
