500k in shares at this current price would make share below well below a 1p or am I missing something. Cannot believe PG could put us in this pickle

In reflection that flagstaff podcast told us nothing new. Was only put to placate the storm created by LB. The only new thing was how tired PG was looking but still a lot in play too many unanswered questions.

Time for to start taking the initiative and pushing the narrative.

Do we know how much the 3d seismic is likely to cost.

I read and take in the conspiracy theories as i try to keep as many people on open mike as possible although i admit to having a few green boxed.

To be clear I am not angry with PG for not hitting the gas. I am disappointed both for myself and the shareholders here and also for PG but it was a risk and one i felt was worth taking. It has not worked or appears not to have worked.

But i will start to get angry if i do not see a change in policy or a direct clear vision as to how we are going to get there. At the moment i am seeing someone who looks beaten and is always playing catch up and re-acting not acting. I believe we need a CEO with a clear and decisive view as to the best way forward.

I was thinking of starting to off load my position but then i thought why. We still have Ireland to be resolved and more to point we still have not heard of what is happening with Mou 5. So here is the dilemma we have tested right in the middle of Ramadan so not much would be going on in Morocco offices i would reckon till end of the month or rather Friday evening. So why send samples up to Wales if this was a duster. Why issue details of He if there is no PPM to be used. 1557 means nothing on its own. If this was a duster i would have expected that last RNS to have said as much. if you are deliberately misleading you are fraudulently inciting people to buy in when they should not be. Does not matter about the disclaimers imv. They are not worth the paper they are written on.

I think we have a bit of everything but not enough to make any one of them commercial. So time to get a salesman in someone who can sell Freezers to Eskimos because from what i can gather the infrastructure costs are not that high seeing as we are just a few kilometers from a major pipeline. The well is on shore and not that deep either.

Find someone who will find the bottle half full rather half empty and not try and give excuses for how the market has changed over the years and is trying to find away around the market.

Part of me is telling me to get out now but then another part says we still have no idea as to what we have or have not got so why take the hit now when if it goes down it will drop a bit more.

PG just always seems to be on the back foot. I really think it is time he started to take up the driving seat the question will he realize he is not driving a Ferrari but a Mini Metro.

I agree with you oldslow but we are allowing time to drift i would like to know what business decisions PG taken over the last two months to move things along. I just get the impression he is still desperately trying to prove up his legacy instead of thinking of the company.

The Geology comes first the the business comes second.

We stopped testing Mou 5 now two weeks ago. Nu Tech would have returned by now with the Gas results. I am assuming the logs for oil would have been sent the someone would have emailed results through.

We should be told what those results are and also be told what Paul is trying to do.

Does he have a plan because I really cannot work it out.

Some years ago my father used to deal with a lot of actors etc and he told me they should change agents as there career changes. A different agent at the beginning, another through the busy hopefully successful part and then a third one for the final years of their career.

The same is becoming true of Predator. We needed the Geologist and Scientist at the beginning and now we need the business director and someone with a clear line of thought and actions plans. That will be followed on fairly quickly with a salesman.

I think the SP would react with a bit of positive momentum but in the Podcast i saw an old defeated man who is scrambling around a dark room desperately trying to find the light switch. And even if he found it i am not certain he would know what to do about it.

It would depend on what level a hostile takeover would come in at.

The problem is i do not know what we have to sell other than hope at the moment. TT will deliver but will struggle to hold 5p or 10p price.

We have Mou 3 which has got but flowing yet because we cannot swab for some reason..

Mou 5 which we think has found something but we do not know yet what. Again I think we need to be told facts not Geological problems but Economic facts. I am not an expert in this field by any means but i would have thought that someone one of medium sized O&G firms might want to take what we have the only problem is no one knows what we have or are letting on.

The implications and infereces from pictures and statements is that we have found Oil, New never "seen before" gas seems and decent PPM of Helium. but no one know a percentage of what.

This is not just a matter of dresing up the potentially very attractive daughter to find a rich husband.

Now a matter of dressing up a slightly dowdy and rapidly ageing daughter to find any husband.

Circumstances have changed and we need to be changing rapidly.

First up prove as quickly as possibly every asset we have.

Mou 5 get out on shop window what we have.

Mou 3 swab and prove up and get out onto shop window NOW.

I might add yet another presentation he has been pushed into by LB. It is time that he started to take the front foot on these issues rather than hoping that something was going to crawl out of the woodwork. Stop trying to blind us with science and start becoming a CEO.

I agree this does need an EGM. Paul is looking strained and tired and out of his depth.

He should either swap places with Boldy or we find someone else but then how do we pay them plus the share options he would want would severely dilute the current SP which is low enough as it is.

I cannot understand why Mou 3 is delayed we are delaying everything at the moment trying to get all the eggs in a perfect row and now it has cost us a fortune in shares and time. Every decision PG has made regarding trying to protect the asset seems to have backfired. I would suggest we find a salesman with the aim of trying to find a buyer. I really do not want to be waiting around another 5 -6 months probably with another major placement in between waiting for the "Wonderful Wizard" to turn up.

Just had a thought about LB and his promised tweet on X. As Lonny seems to be soaking up the sun in the Caribbean at the moment and the company have not come out with any response to this tweet it means that PG must be quite happy and is very possibly orchestrating it.

It might be because of the time difference that the LB tweet might well come out after hours. If the inside man (as LB refers to) is PG (just my guess) and PG is making no moves it would be a very good chance the real RNS could well land Monday morning. Why pick Friday, unless it is bad news, and if it were bad i think we would have heard by now.

This might be PG changing his mind yet again and instead of waiting for Mou 3 results is going to give us and the wider market the Mou 5 results which i think are back in and the discovery file and information is now in hands of ONHYM and if they do not announce PG will through Lonny. GLA

That directors loan should have been re classified as a loan when Lonny retired with a note attached as to the terms on that loan.

If it was not those accounts are misleading the the statement of being debt free is not 100% accurate. And £183000 is a significant figure in these accounts.

GRH has his own seismic interpretation and I understand the salt layer screwed that up. This different.

Read it all. Lonny tired and frustrated and if correct cannot blame him but the company has a lot of explaining to do. This could turn into a proper dog's dinner. But we do not know the facts yet either of what is happening with Lonny and more to the point what have we found and what we have not found. We need a response this morning. But if Lonny has a man on the inside and it is not PG then both parties would be barking.

Lonny should know better than try and fight a contractural legal dispute through SM and the person on the inside that Lonny is using will lose his job because if we are going to know who it is then believe PG will know as well.

Why would Lonny want Prd to fail it makes no sense. He still has a lot of shares in this doesn't he. Therefore a lot of money to be made. He may want it quicker now he sipping his Rum and Cokes.

Anybody thought that PG might just know what he is doing.

What if we get the operational update today, tomorrow or Thursday re Ireland

A hint deliberately dropped by PG to LB on Friday morning re Morocco.

Then the real RNS that blows the doors off next week on Morocco regarding what we have. The farmout detail would come later.

People keep on forgetting that PG does not call the tune here. ONHYM make the rules it is their ball and it is their court and i am afraid it is their rules not ours and not yours. But maybe PG is finding away to twist them slightly. Who knows i know i do not. And i believe LB is on our side and is still working inside out.

And by the way i am glad he is doing well in the Caribbean.

What is in the pot.

We believe there is Helium as the measurement has been given but we do not know how much because the other part of the comparative is missing.

We believe there might be oil otherwise why post pictures of that black gooey looking water the other day.

Gas there is probably gas as well judging by the new plays.

Just why this is a game changer when the original idea was 5.914TCF and that in itself was not just a company maker but also country maker. So IMO it was already a game changer re the company financially.

It is not a duster as no one would touch duster for the price of 3D seismic. Big O&G companies tend to a bit brighter than that.

That leaves two possibilities one that PG never thought he would find oil and that is why a Farm out as he is not prepared for oil and not what he told ONHYM was there. Another problem is that Morocco do not have an oil refinery they had one but closed it down relatively recently.

Alternative is that we have all three but none of them in their own right will "blow the doors off" but all three together might just do something.

Next step prove and flow Mou 3. Not sure if they are also waiting on Mou 6 but they most of all want confirmation Nu Tech and also on the oil samples and that may take time. then of course you ONHYM to get through. PG is trying to drop hints from time to time on X Twitter and probably his mates around these sites. I expect to hear a lot more in the next couple of weeks about what we have and have not found in Mou 5, I think the Farm out process etc will take quite a bit longer. But the news of what we have plus a Scorpion Report (I guess) would or should see this share sharply bounce up. PG may be turned on my TT but unfortunately the market is not and as always wants instant answers and results immediately. Just sit patiently till we have a definitive RNS on Morocco and then decide to hold or fold.

On reading the RNS again I think we have found all three Gas Oil and He. Whether we have enough of anyone to be commercial I do not know but maybe the three together may interest a farm out. Basically it is not what was expected hence the change of plan although has a habit of changing his mind. This could well surprise but do not be surprised if we do not hear anything this week. This may take time.

Is there any news of the meeting PG iz believe had in Ireland the other day. Is that still a runner or as that run it's corse.

The post from GRH and others on here were part of my reason for investing here. I will not be selling up on Monday because i think there is still a lot more to come from this and it may not be Gas. GRH got in at 1.5p so at 3.5p he is laughing. Unfortunately myself and a number of others are not. At the moment i am sitting on a sizeable loss per share If Mou 5 were a complete duster we would have heard by now effectively 10 days after drill com[pletion and a 5.00pm RNS on Friday would have been a great time to dish out the bad news. I think there is still egg in this pudding. If the oil is there and it commercial then this share at only 700k shares is easily a couple of pounds. No it will not make us all multi millionaires over night but it could well pay off the mortgage for a few. Not to be sniffed at. Buying in on one person is not good imo

Paul needs to start thinking outside of the box now. This is what all good CEO;s have to do from time to time. It appears that Plan A has not worked.and has GRH said it has thrown doubts on the Seismic interpretation. however it does appear that by pure chance something else has come up in its stead because if it was a duster we have heard by now. three questions remain to be answered and i would hope we might get answers soon rather than PG hide and try and scramble hi way out of this.

1) Did we find any gas in Mou 5 or was it a complete duster (for natural gas)

2) Is the Helium a red herring to keep us interested or is there enough to make it viable. I gather the 1557PPM is good but i would assume depends on quantity as well as the PPM is a gauge measurement so what are we measuring against.

3) I would hope the posting of these pictures on X is genuine and not a hope of trying to build up the share price.

So questions

a) If no commercial gas have we got commercial oil

b) IF there is gas but not commercial is there enough of all three to make it commercial for someone.

c) Is the Helium in its own right commercial or could be used as an extra carrot with the right company.

Does Predator give up on Mou 5 for gas and move on to concentrate of Mou 3 and Mou 4 and i think Mou 6. That would mean selling on the Oil in Mou 5 and re strategising.

It is time PG rather than just thinking long term starts to try and think both long and short term. Personally i would hope that first things first he tries to put some real body into the SP hope this recent rise is not a Cat's bounce as i think it is called.

Then he needs to work out what he wants to do with the number of shares. Either just let the SP rise which it would with the sale of oil in Mou 5 and possibly sale of He in Mou 5 (but again i am slightly sceptical about this. Or think about a major buy in the shares and reduce the number of shares right down and then start the rebuild of Predator hopefully like a Phoenix to rise again but this time without many of the baggage this share seems to be carrying.

So for me shareholder value and future of the company going forward.
