I am hoping for some positive news fairly shortly as i need to get something out of this sooner rather than later so Paul if you are listening anything you can do bring this share price up to a far more realistic level would be much appreciated at this end. Figure around the middle of this range would be suitable give me a chance to get out what i need and still leave some in for more news. I hoping that Ireland would do this in one fell swoop and maybe even a dividend would get me everything and still hold my shares. Just hoping that for once listens.

Exactly my point i do not think there have been but GRH is alluding to Omissions and i am asking what those omissions are. We are getting cryptic comments and if there have been Omissions i would like to know what they are. Have we made mistakes yes but are they mistakes of Omission or are they mistakes that happen with any venture that has not gone according to plan. At the moment i do not see anything that says this is another drill that missed its target. if i felt this was a fundamental error of omission i would need to completely reconsider my position as it would bring into question the competency of PG and his team and I am not seeing that.

I do not hear anything about "Glaring Omissions" on here. A glaring omission is for me something we should have done but did not do through either neglect or management over sight. Yes we hit something we would not have expected but is that what this is all about. If the argument is that we should have done 3D seismic before starting I have a feeling there are some on here who would balked at the cost (fund raise) to finance this and still no guarantee of a result.

Now however i am concerned about mistakes being made again and the secret to good management (other than not to make a mistake) is not to make the same mistake twice and with the current silence smacks of the silence we had post Mou 3 drilling which ended with LB departure/sacking.

The problem is IMO is that PG maybe a good Geologist (yes he mis read or misinterpreted the Seismic( but then a lot of others on here who are Geologists read it the same way ) to me that is NOT a "Glaring Omission" it is a mistake and if you are being really tough a fundamental error. Seeing as we were talking CoS of 12.5% to roughly what i think said as I think was considerably higher was a fairly big mistake but a glaring omission no.

A Glaring Omission is something the company deliberately decided not to do that it should have done and i do not see that what i am seeing is perfect 20/20 hindsight. With what we know now we should have done something else.

This smacks of 20/20 hindsight. What omissions affected the result I really think it is about time that ~GRH started to come out with a full story and not just cryptic commentary of what has gone wrong. If there are glaring omissions why were these not spelt out earlier and not raised or discussed with Paul over his various Pod casts. Seeing as we are talking about 21bcf. Ie 2 50th of a tcf my 20p is looking optimistic. I was looking at 12usd per mcf.

Based on what we know via the report in French and what we hope we will find. Has anyone an idea as to a price per sharea. My reckoning based an eventual total issued shares of 725m is a SP on Mou 5 from 20p at the bottom end to around £1.00 at the top end. I really do not see a £1.48 or whatever Scorpion have put on this share now. Hopefully i am wrong.

I know i will get whole lot of trolls on here but as i reckon i have most of them green boxed so will not see them.

What i would like and will not get is an idea as to the calculation if anyone reckons the price is likely to be way above this or way below this.

I was thinking of reversing into someone but could not think through how it might work or who with so yes i think it is probably the best route. Mid you i was thinking this back in February before we had starting testing.

I am just wondering how long these talks and results are revealed. AG have been involved with Predator one way or another for quite a while now. There was a MOU about 18 months or so ago but that was one Mou 3 but assume that most of those terms would be used or re used.

I think the price to be paid for the bit of gas we have gone would not be too difficult

Next debate is over the price to be paid regarding Helium. Price is probably relatively easy as there is or seems to be a shortage of He.

That leaves a couple of stumbing / discussion points one is the value attributable to whole fo the rest of Guerciff

Something has spooked the market and the trolls are out in force. Something is going on in the background and the MMs trying to make their last turn on this share in the mean time. Judging by the number of green boxes appearing something is happening. I hoping something big but i doubt it will be that big because AG cannot afford that much. Maybe there is someone else in play as well.

Also remember to day is April Fools day so someone maybe trying to yank a chain or two.

The problem is that AG on its own cannot afford £2 a share its immediate cash would probably get to around 250musd and i think that would be big for them. The other problem is we have no idea as to what we have other than words like "never seen before " and " Game Changer". I was fully expecting a RNS this morning telling us what we had found. and indications of the talks with AG.

I would imagine that AG are a long way ahead of any other company that maybe interested becasue they have been around for 18months now.

PG needs to get this through ONHYM and then announce the discovery. i am not sure at what point the $1m dollar fee would be liable to be paid and that might what is holding him back.

I would not be happy with an RNS telling us we have sold M assets without evening knowing what those assets were.

If we have a TCF or 2 and 1bn barrels of oil not to mention He. I would want a b****y sights more than 20p per share. But then if all we have is a few BCF and bit of oil and a touch of He. Then 20p might a bit of bargain. But if that is all we have what are the words "Game Changer" and "Never Seen Before" mean or meant to refer to. I am really expecting this sP to soar over the next few days but it will need help it will do a bit but needs a substantive push.

This is a very important week for Predator Oil and Gas maybe even a defining week. PG has been on the back foot for a long time and never more so than this last month. He was first forced into an RNS on Mou 5 results which saw wild speculation but to my untutored eye looked fairly promising. It was unforced because of the off loading of shares by the investment house. Then we had the Lonny tweet and i assume threat and that forced a Podcast that basically said nothing other than PG looking slightly exhausted. Now Paul it is time to take front foot and really low down the seeds for steady and rapid rise in the share price. I really hope that you and Flagstaff or who ever is helping you with these RNS's have read and re read what ever it is you are putting out it could well be this SP rising to 10p rapidly or falling back to where is was Friday morning. This needs to planned and strategised not just made up ad hoc as i sometimes the RNS's seem. This is no doubt a very important week coming up. Please Paul do screw it up.

I am sorry but if there is anybody here who has relied solely on what GRH has said whether they know the man or not is basically an idiot. You make your own decisions and GRH has always said he has a different perception of risk that other people and to make your own decisions. Yes he has pumped the share based on his interpretation of the geology and also the other research he has done.

As yet we do not know how right or how wrong he is. Is this a "only meant to blow the doors off" discovery probably not but then we do not know. It may blow the doors off a different way.ie the advent of Helium and Oil does it matter. What matters is that everyone gets out with a profit and plus a return suitable for the time and risk of being involved here b hopefully a bit more to help themselves or their family.. I think we are going to find out sometime this week coming. Firstly the RNS that should detail out what our find is and then secondly any deal struck with AG. The more we have found the longer i expect any negotiations to take. The smaller the amount the quicker they will be wrapped up. The other par that will be interesting is PG's absolute aim of 3D seismic and what it will cost against what it might deliver and how accurate it is.. If it sill has low CoS then i ask would it be worth it.

Unforuntunately you may be right and what chances of seeing the royalties. I would hope a bit than 150m but what ever it will be an insult for what we have been through and more to the point what PG has put in.

This may have been manipulated but have they got this right. I mean do the shares oweed on TT go at the value of the shares of Thursday March 27th ie at around 2p or as i would think more likely Shares at close of play on Manday 31st March being the end of the month. I have no idea what the share price is likely to be on Monday 31st March but if PG issues a half decent RNS (Iprobably unlikely as he cannot write one to save his life) then this share could double in price or even reach 10p by close on Monday if the news on AG and what we have found is good.

If that happens then all the effort put into distorting this SP would be as they say up norrth "for nowt". That would bring shares owed down from 25m as of Thrusday close down to 5m iif SP hits 10p on a good RNS.

Lesson is if you p[lan to manipulate SP be sure you do it for the whole day and not just half a day. Once news of the AG p[urchase got out this increased 45% in just a few hours. Clumsy manipulation not to have a plan b in place to ensure it stays down for the whole day.

Far be it for me to put a dampner on things and i must admit i came back this afternoon to find some very reassuring news or what looks like reassuring news. The idea that AG would want to buy the whole of Guernciff is a bit of joke. I would want to see what we reckon we have found but even then the idea that AG could afford to buy it is i think wishful thinking along with my wishful thinking that this share is going to buy me my Ferrari .

The companies MC has been declining quarter on quarter for about the last two years or more. The current market cap is approximately 13bn MAD which to put it another way is aprpox 1.3bn USD or £1bn iie just over £1 a shjare for us. That would be doubling their market cap and where are they goiing to get that money not from their piggy bank.

But at least gives an idea as to what we maybe worth to the right party.

That is exactly the point. What i thought was good business is now turning out to be rubbish.
