Spikeyj, I don't disagree, but we are where we are on that point and as stated we do not hold all the facts to base a current opinion on, we can currently not do anything about the situation anyway and cannot blame the company for your presumed inevitable outcome until it happens, we still have everything to play for...

Please everyone, just relax for the moment, you are trying to preempt what you think is the inevitable outcome when it has days yet to play out, and you know none of the facts in play to base your assumption on, we have been told via RNS that we were suspended due to media speculation, that we know, we know that the world around us has changed out of all proportion since before suspension, people are dying all around us and employment will be very hard to find in the short term, we have seen company tweets of new leased heavy equipment, crew shelters, licenses nearing finalisation, extra flanks applications, RNSs quoting the company are intending to ramp up production this year and going forward, the company have cash in the bank, a cash cushion, and a loan agreement to fall back on, this alone is very good news so give the company the benefit of YOUR doubt for the moment and lets see what unfolds in the comming days, you cannot blame someone for not doing something before the deadline for doing so, the company has advised we will be informed in due course and anyway before the due date, stay strong and positive in your outlook the worst case has not happend yet so you cannot blame anyone before the due date, an example, you can't blame a train for being late when it is not due for 10 days, you can if it dosent arive after 10 days, not before...

Lucretius, the dross comes out to play after 6 pm most days and that's when I shut down, this suspension and lock-down are causing the traders pain and they don't like it as their money is tied up, nothing anyone can do about it as we are all in the same position, snide one-liners are the most some can string together, stay safe and well.

Care to provide a guess for Guess the date of the next RNS, the odds for winning are getting shorter with each day?

Morning Lucretius, you have every right to stay and are a strong supporter of EUA, it is only the trouble makers that start the snide remarks and we both know who they are as most genuine investors have had a clash with one or the other over time.

I invested in this stock in good faith as I liked its prospects and its experienced high caliber management, I still hold that view, in today's massively changed forever world I would expect some delays, there is still plenty of time for the management to pull a rabbit out of the hat here, yes one deadline is fast approaching, but until it is passed nothing has changed and still everything to play for, it might rain today but then it might not, keep the faith and do NOT let the doom-mongers get under your skin and cause angst, they know nothing.....have a good day everyone.

Hi 6ssk, totally with you on that, but what if those closed top tippers were only for the transportation of the output from the wash plant along real roads to the processing smelter, they would work perfectly for that operation would they not?
